Insider Exposure hosted a number of the top teams from all across Florida as well as all across the country. We took in some of the action at Bolles School. Here are some of the class of 2026 standout guards.
Class of 2026
Jaelynn Housey (Chaminade Madonna) – 5’10 Guard
Housey is one of a trio of talented Freshman on the young Chaminade Madonna squad. Although just a freshman in the class of 2026, the strong and athletic combo guard has a dynamite build that looks mature and well beyond her years matching up against players 1-3 years older than her. Not just an athlete, Housey is a talented guard who can play multiple perimeter positions and is very good with the ball in her hands. She has a quick and explosive first step with good handle and nifty 1v1 moves, contorting her body to get by her defenders and into the paint, using her strong build and broad shoulders to draw contact and get to the free throw line often.
Taniyah Davis Taniyah Davis 5'8" | PG American Heritage | 2026 State FL (Chaminade Madonna) – 5’8 Guard
Davis is a big time prospect that played mainly point guard on the young and uber talented Chaminade Madonna squad. She knocked down 3 pointers at a high percentage. Davis handled the ball well, utilizing high ball screens to get into paint and attack the rim. Her combination of height, length, athleticism and skill is elite as she is putting up major numbers as a Freshman and is a name that is on many college coaches radars.
Kayla Smith Kayla Smith 5'9" | SF American Heritage (Plantation) | 2026 State FL (American Heritage) – 5’8 Guard
Smith played spot minutes behind a talented American Heritage squad that is led mainly by upperclassmen. Coming off the bench, the young lefty found opportunities to attack off the dribble and get into the paint.
Jasleen Green Jasleen Green 5'9" | SF American Heritage (Plantation) | 2026 State FL (American Heritage) – 5’10 Guard
Green was American Heritage primary offensive option. The ball was put in her hands often both as the point guard and playing off the ball and getting scoring opportunities from the wing. The young, athletic freshman is one of the most talented underclassmen in the state with a bright future ahead of her. She uses her athleticism and length well, attacking the paint aggressively in the half court as well as in transition.
Ana Laszewski Ana Laszewski 5'8" | PF St. Mark | 2026 State FL (Chaminade Madonna) – 5’8 Guard
Laszewski played significant minutes on the wing for the young Chaminade squad. She played hard and aggressive on both ends of the floor and was an effective role player, not needing the ball in her hands often. She rebounded the ball well from the wing, gave 100% effort on both sides of the ball, and was a willing and aggressive defender.
