Brown falls into the James Brown hit "I FEEL GOOD" watching her go off on the court watching her on the court because she can be electrifying on the offensive end. She knew something very important when I caught her I guess in the 6th grade and that was how to "find ways to put the ball into the basket. She could shoot the long ball, her range is now deeper, and she creates her shot under pressure yet that body control and ability to finish off balance after contact is still making things happen, and so is her "stop and pop" jumper in transition

Jones was the MVP of the Spring Creek Mansfield Invitational and when I finally caught her via LIVESTREAM, I was overly impressed with the variety of things she could do on both ends. She has that "next level frame" as well as the "next level game" because she understands positioning under the basket and she rebounds on both ends. Not only does she rebound, she goes after the ball, but on the flip, her variety of moves around the basket enabled her to get points, as well as to the line and as an added bonus, she shot the midrange well

Roberts gave me a very good look at the Katy Classic held in Houston back in December. She's anbother player I lost track of, having seen her at an Individual Showcase back in middle school, yet watching her perform certainly brought back memories. She's heady and stays ready because her "hands and footwork" enabled her to score virtually however she wanted with her back to the basket. Factor in she can face the basket and score from midrange but her first step is also effective as she attacks strongly and finishes the same way, strongly

Morales showed me she could score multiple ways at the PGH Texas Top 250 Expo and guess what, her doing that helped lead her Idalou High School team to the 3A Texas Final 4 before losing to the eventual state champion Fairfield. She changed schools, and is now at 6A Frenship and is playing a huge part in her team being in first place in DISTRICT. I did a PLAYER SPOTLIGHT on her recently, she definitely comes alive under the lights as her knowledge of the game and playing within herself enable her to not only score in the flow but take over games when needed. She knocks the midrange with ease, as well as the long-range, and her deceptive first step and ability to get to the rim and finish after contact puts her in that "and one waiting to happen" category

#80 [player_tooltip player_id='590859' first='Nissa' last='Muhammad']- 5'8 CG (Desoto)

Muhammad was more than solid when I caught Desoto in the Lady Gander Tip Off in November down in Baytown Texas. She's athletic, and her on-the-ball defense, baseline to baseline is smothering. She understands how to force players into the trap, as well as beat them to the spot and make them pick up their dribble. She has quick hands, comes away with steals, and plays the passing lane. She also knocked the midrange down and easily finished off the dribble
