One of two posts players from Middletown that I thought played well in their game I got to see, Jamia is a lengthy post with a good wingspan, athletic and is strong at the rim with the ability to drive and finish well. She is good enough to guard both inside and out and can push the tempo. She is continuing to improve.
Brooklyn Edwards
Brooklyn Edwards
Strong kid who plays physical, does a good job establishing position in the paint with good footwork around the rim. Can be tough to handle in the paint with her strength, can power the ball in and continuing to develop her game. Middletown is continuing to develop their younger players and Brooklyn is one who is doing well.
She is their leading scorer, and finished with 17 in the game against Amanda Clearcreek. She scored a lot early as her team jumped out to a fast first quarter. A very good back to the basket player with a varsity of paint moves. Sophia does a nice job on the boards and can contribute on the offensive boards as well. She does a great job with her strength to not allow herself to get boxed out. Headed to Ursuline!
Bailey Mirgon

One of her biggest attributes is her ability to attack the basket as she is a very athletic player. Multi-sport athlete who is headed to Tiffin to play softball, but she looks to end her basketball career strong. She hasn’t been a big scorer with the program the first three years, but is averaging around 17 per game this season. Has improved her range and her game.
Lauren Dady
Lauren Dady
Lauren is known as a player who can be very difficult to handle around the rim. On the offensive end, Lauren is solid in the paint with good footwork and a soft touch at the basket. Good back-to-the-basket player with hands and holds her own in a physical game. She is one of the better rebounders in the area, grabs everything and can lead the break with the outlet.
Riley is the premier post in the MAC with the ability to score in a variety of ways. She has a good touch around the rim and uses her size to finish. She is long and athletic and has 10 double figure games this season, meaning she is consistent. Can step out and can score. Has very good handles for her size. Headed to UD next season.
