The league also consist of some good coaching and most of these coaches have been in championship games over and over again each and every year. The Moore League is probably the only league in CIFSS that will take about (4 to 5) teams into the playoffs each year, astonishing in its own right. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Moore League Standings:</strong><br><br><strong>1. Long Beach Poly: (15-7) Overall; (8-0) in League:</strong><br>Senior:<strong> Amani Thomas</strong>; Juniors: <strong>Sydney Boyd, [player_tooltip player_id='390507' first='Brooklyn' last='Taylor'], [player_tooltip player_id='756852' first='Andrea' last='Perkins'], Jaleina Taluaili, Kalise Phillips</strong> and <strong>Alayna Butler</strong>; Sophomores: <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='570402' first='Joy' last='Anderson'], Naveah Lemons, [player_tooltip player_id='393741' first='Jazmyne' last='Shamburger']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='570401' first='Helena' last='Vu']</strong> are putting in major work this seaon, I was able to watch Poly in a couple of showcases and I can see why they are always a league contender, they play hard on both sides of the ball. You will see them go deep in the playoffs this season, as always.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>2. Lakewood HS: (20-4) Overall; (6-2) in League:</strong><br>Seniors:<strong> Bailey Snow, Laci Berecochea, Micaela Lorta and Kennedi Jones;</strong> Juniors: <strong>Nyla Hankins, Jazzmin Briggs, Natalie Apacible</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='876137' first='Cristina' last='Jones']</strong>; Sophomores: <strong>Amy Rubio</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='839813' first='Nyemah' last='King']</strong>; Freshman: <strong>Joycelyn Scott</strong> are fighting hard to be second in the league, they are putting together some good games to keep themselves in this position, these girls are playing hard as well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>3. Long Beach Wilson HS: (7-11) Overall; (5-3) in League:</strong><br>Seniors: <strong>Laurin Tiangco, Peightyn Myers, Bryana Aluiso, Adriana Sambrano, Jade Green, Chiugo Ofoegbu</strong>; Junior: <strong>Dakota Jacobs</strong>; Sophomores: <strong>Femi Nodal, Paige Williams, Joy Hassell, Mackenzie Zebro</strong>; Freshman: <strong>Brooklyn Honda </strong>come in at third place and staying strong, looking for a chance to upset either Lakewood or Poly in a barn burner at their place or maybe even steal one at an away game.<br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>4. Long Beach Jordan HS: (14-8) Overall; (4-3) in League:</strong><br>Seniors: <strong>Julie Davis</strong> and T<strong>aylor Andry</strong>; Juniors: <strong>Alexis Gutierrez, Asia Edwards, Marlene Hernandez</strong>; Sophomores: <strong>Savannah Hernandez, Breana Patu and Micah Lemons</strong>; Freshman: <strong>Jahasharee Moore</strong> and <strong>Janiah Lorn</strong> are a young bunch and they are coming in at number four in league, they have won 4 games and lost 3, but in this league an upset can occur at anytime, so these girls are playing hard and trying to tip the scales for a upset win. <br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
