Lexi is a valuable two-way player who always gives maximum effort and displays a high IQ consistently.
Highlights
Carrier owned the paint with 16 points and 12 rebounds while showing her athleticism and skill set in the lane. Evyn has a nice collection of post moves to create open looks for herself and finished strong at the basket with nice touch.
Monroe McGhee
Monroe McGhee
A great third scoring option for Sycamore, McGhee finished with 14 points and 7 rebounds while showing a smooth jump shot and non-stop hustle. Monroe regularly chases down rebounds and loose balls and plays physical in the lane against opposing Forwards.
Arundel contributed 9 points while showing one of the purest shooting forms in the area, to go along with the confidence all good shooters possess. Quinn is an intelligent player who keeps defenders guessing and proved that she can also score in the lane against bigger defenders.
Morgan Feil
Morgan Feil
Feil is an athlete who always finds herself around the ball with her constant movement and seemingly never-ending energy. Morgan uses her length and quickness to defend multiple positions and isn’t afraid to take the ball to the hoop and score through contact.
Leading a second-half comeback attempt when the game seemed to be out of reach, Gambotz took over with her ability to score from every level. Grace is a confident and accurate shooter from beyond the three-point line and plays stingy on-ball defense against opposing ball-handlers.
The high level three-point shooter struggled to get shots to fall consistently on Wednesday, but Gugliuzza still impacted the game with her defense and tough drives to the basket. Ava uses her length to deflect passes and force turnovers on the defensive end and isn’t hesitant to take opponents off the dribble and finish strong at the rim.
The strong and dynamic Combo Guard shook off a cold start and came alive in the second half to push her team to a win over a scrappy LWC squad. Zuri has a smooth jumper from behind the three-point line and used her strength to fight to the basket and finish through contact.
