January is the perfect time, with the high school season out in full force and great improvement being seen across the state. Here are our No. 11-15 updated prospects in the 2025 class.
No. 11: Macie McCracken Macie McCracken 5'8" | CG Wildwood | 2025 State NJ – 5-6 CG, Wildwood
McCracken now sits just outside of our top-10, but not for a lack of skill and success on the floor, of which she possesses both to a great extent. She’s shown great improvement in a number of areas, most notably her defense and perimeter shooting as she’s averaging career-highs in made 3-pointers and steals a game. Her recent 27-point performance against Salem Tech has her back to averaging 20 points a game for Wildwood this season.
No. 12: Jessica Devine Jessica Devine 5'6" | PG Middlesex | 2025 State NJ – 5-3 PG, Middlesex
Another player who has really shown out on the floor this season, Devine has made great strides as a scorer and a passer for Middlesex, not allowing her height to make a difference on the floor. In fact, it’s been that much more of a help as she’s an incredibly difficult guard to defend and is one of the best dribble-drive guards in the class.
No. 13: Molly Sholders Molly Sholders 6'1" | C Gateway | 2025 NJ – 6-1 C, Gateway
Sholders has unfortunately been sidelined since suffering an injury on January 3, but what a strong start to the season the center had for Gateway. Averaging over 12 points and rebounds a game, along with three blocks a game, Sholders has proven time-and-time again that she’s one of the best shot-blockers and post players in the 2025 class.
No. 14: Kyley Gary-Grayson Kyley Gary-Grayson 5'7" | PG West Orange | 2025 State NJ – PG, West Orange
We’ve seen a special talent emerge in Gary-Grayson this season for West Orange. Simply put, the guard is one of the best pure scorers in the sophomore class in New Jersey and has a knack for getting to the line as well. She’s averaging upwards of six foul shots a game and while we would like to see that 70.7 free throw percentage rise, she’s been reliable. Let’s also not forget to mention her defense, currently averaging 3.5 SPG.
No. 15: Jasmin McKay Jasmin McKay 5'5" | CG Roselle Catholic | 2025 State NJ – PG, Roselle Catholic
The greatness in the Garden State does not stop as we go onto McKay, a standout for Roselle Catholic from the jump as a freshman. That success has translated into anything but a sophomore slump, improving greatly as a passer and defensive playmaker. Those traits are key for a guard to go from good to great. Her scoring success has stayed the course, but her 3-point shooting has most definitely taken a big step forward.
