A newly added watch-list player who is one of the shooters for a dangerous Lynden team. She had a season high 5 threes vs Ferndale earlier in the season and hit multiple three in a good majority of their games. She can get it up in a hurry and Lynden does a good job of moving the ball and getting it to their open shooters. Lynden is no stranger to success and they have a young but scrappy team who could make a deep post-season run.
She is the second leading scorer on this team, getting 10.5 points a game. This team has a great scorer in Hope Hassman (17PPG). Cavanaugh can be an x-factor, she has made 34 threes at 39% through 21 games. This is one of the best shooting teams in the state, with Hassman making 53 triples (41%), and Angie Cavanaugh making 41. Tahoma could be a team that makes a deep run in the playoffs.
This team has a superstar in Mckylee Hawkins Mckylee Hawkins 5’11” | SG Bothell | 2024 State WA but Peterson could be a big part of Bothell’s success in the post-season. She is their 3rd leading scorer at just over 7 points a game. She can shoot it, with 22 threes on the season. She had 8 of those threes in one game vs Gig Harbor earlier in the season. Bothell will need to have solid contributions from everyone to make a big run in the post-season.
Ranked #12 in the newly updated Class of 2024 rankings. This is a talented offensive player that has the ability to score from all levels. She is physically strong and athletic, which helps her to score in the lane. She is also a threat to knock down shots from the outside, including threes. She is a very talented and complete guard for Bellarmine Prep. One of many on a team that will be tough to beat in any situation of the playoffs.
She has the all around offensive game that could be big for a team that has already knocked off the defending champion Garfield in 3A. In that game, she led Lakeside in scoring. She is a good shooter who can shoot it from three or take it in a few dribbles with a nice pull-up jumper. She is an important part of the offense for a sleeper Lakeside team. She is ranked #20 in the updated 2024 rankings.
