Macey Huard Macey Huard 6'2" | SG Valor Christian | 2023 State CO – 2023
One of the state’s winningest players, Huard has continued her tear since the start of the season. Posting 21.6 points, 7 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 2.3 steals per game while contributing 40% of her three point attempts. A truly dynamic scorer on all three levels, Huard is capable getting to her spots from anywhere on the floor at a staggering 6’2. The Montana commit will look to nab Valor for another state title.
Quinn Vansickle – 2025
The sophomore guard will be a household name in the Colorado hoops scene. Proving capable handling a bigger offensive role, both as a facilitator and shot creator, Vansickle will play a key role in the playoffs. Posting 14.1 points, 3 assists, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.7 steals per game while contributing 40% of three point attempts.
Rylie Beers Rylie Beers 5'10" | CG Valor Christian | 2025 State CO – 2025
Beers has been quickly progressing through the season as a formidable complementary scorer at roughly 5’10. She possesses the unique combination of an above average first step alongside the plus reach. Beers is just a bit too tall to capably contest for opposing guards while being too quick downhill for opposing forwards. Continuing to add strength on the defensive end will aid her overall upside.
Ralston Valley 16-7
Sophia Sabus Sophia Sabus 5'11" | CG Ralston Valley | 2024 State CO – 2024
Sabus is a capable ballhandler under pressure, notably capabale as a shotmaker. Through her season with Ralston Valley, Sabus has posted 15.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game while converting 41% of her three point attempts. The 5’11 combo guard is a dynamic shotmaker off the dribble, capable getting to her spots from step backs and pull-ups.
Elyssa Cardella – 2023
Cardella does well putting pressure on the rim and being ready to facilitate a potent Ralston Valley halfcourt offense. Cardella may be used as an off-ball shooter, typically off the catch. Through her season, the shooting guard has posted 9.4 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.
Columbine 10-13
Emily Allison Emily Allison 5'8" | SG Columbine | 2024 CO – 2024
Allison brings a physical skillset molded around her rebounding tenacity. Standing roughly 5’9, Allison is tasked with guarding opposing wings and forwards, handling her own down low. Through her season, the forward has posted 16.7 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. Allison is advantageous as a cutter, doing her part to put pressure on the interior should a lane open up.
Arvada West 16-6
Brooke Meeks Brooke Meeks 5'11" | SG Arvada West | 2023 State CO – Arvada West
Standing right around 5’11, Meeks is a jack of all trades. She is a winning player, positively impacting the game regardless of shots falling. She does well containing opposing guards and wings, proving sturdy yet nimble laterally. Meeks has also proven dependable as a half-court facilitator, making those necessary extra passes turning good looks into great ones. Not to mention that Meeks has continued to develop her shot distance from beyond the arc.
Ellie Pugliese Ellie Pugliese 5'7" | CG Arvada West | 2023 State CO – Arvada West
Pugliese is an advantageous perimeter defender, seeking out passing lanes to attack. The senior guard has paved the way for Arvada West’s balanced half court offense, posting 12 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2 steals per game. Another clear strength has been her willingness to attack the paint and draw fouls.
