While she has very impressive ball skills and the ability to score the ball, it's still her grit and energy that she lets guide her game. And it's to her and her team's benefit. That ascent certainly hasn't stopped. In fact, it's gained even more steam. Dillard is your classic 2 way player that influences a game both offensively and defensively. She recently committed to Wayne County Community College. Ross rebounds so well for her size, really reading and attacking the ball off the rim.
