We are starting with the seniors and will be making our way down towards the freshman. Let’s get started:
The University of Arkansas commit is having a stellar senior season averaging 35.8 points per game to lead the state and has had two 30-point performances this postseason as well. Scott led St. John’s Country Day to the school’s first Final Four appearance in 37 years.
The 5-5 combo guard and Alabama A&M commit is one of the toughest senior prospects in the state. Turner is averaging 23.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 5.8 steals per game this season to lead Oakleaf in all those categories. She also led the Lady Knights to their second Final Four appearance in the last three years.
The 6-0 power forward has been a double-double machine this season, despite missing over a month for St. Thomas Aquinas. She was a big factor in the regional final getting blocks along with defensive rebounds to help lead the Lady Raiders to an 18-point comeback to knock off Blanche Ely. The Lady Raiders are in the Final Four for the 3rd consecutive year and will take on Lake Gibson, who came out of Class 6A, Region 2 as the 6-seed.
The 6-0 wing is having a standout senior season for Cardinal Gibbons, averaging 16.6 points and 12.2 rebounds per game this season. She has been a huge presence on the offensive glass for the Chiefs this postseason.
The UT-Chattanooga signee has solidified into a combo guard role, who can knock down an open jumper when needed. She has also become a reliable mid-range threat and can also guard multiple positions on the defensive end. During the regular season, Carter averaged 12.9 points and 3.8 rebounds per game for the Lady Highlanders.
The University of Tampa signee has become a huge threat on the perimeter shooting 42 percent from beyond the arc this season for Cardinal Mooney. The 5-7 guard is averaging 16.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game this season for the Lady Cougars. Cardinal Mooney is in the Final Four for the second consecutive year.
The Florida Atlantic University signee has become a nominee for the 3A Player of the Year, where she stood out in the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational jumping passing lanes, attacking the basket on the offensive end and finding open teammates. Godfrey is averaging 8.2 points and 4.8 assists per game this season for Miami Country Day who is no stranger when it comes to making the Final Four.
The 5-10 small forward is one of the top unsigned senior prospects who will be taking the court in this week’s Final Four in Lakeland. Williams can play multiple positions and score in a variety of ways as well. Williams recorded a double-double in their region final win over Seffner Christian to reach the Final Four for a second consecutive year.
