This season saw some monstrous rebounding performances across the Garden State. Whether offensive boards or rebounds on the defensive end, these ladies pulled them down with aggression & authority and proved unstoppable in the paint. They boxed out, attacked the ball and maintained an "every rebound is mine" mentality throughout the season. Let's take a dive into some of New Jersey's best!

[player_tooltip player_id='155443' first='Alexis' last='Davis'] - Woodbury (2023)

To average 20+ points in a season is already impressive enough, but when you couple that with a 20+ rebounding average also?? Those are some Angel Reese-type numbers! In a season cut short to 21 games, Alexis managed to pull down a mind-boggling 425 boards, which is good for 20.2 per contest. She used every bit of her 6'0" frame to command the paint with authority! She is New Jersey's rebounding queen for the 2022-2023 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='587874' first='Dynasty' last='Chandler'] - Elizabeth (2024)

With a name like Dynasty, you're already destined for greatness. She was GREAT in every sense of the word when it came to her pursuit of pulling down every rebound possible for her team. 366 rebounds in 24 games played is good for just over 15 per game, and in five of those 24 games, she managed to pull down 20+! Relentless is a fitting word to describe Dynasty's game.

[player_tooltip player_id='583759' first='Savannah' last='Seawell'] - Montclair (2025)

At 6'1", Savannah is already tough for the opponent to shoot over. Now imagine trying to win a rebound against her too? She made it difficult for post players to beat her to the ball, averaging 14.8 rebounds per game (341 in 23 games). She recorded a season-high 22 boards on three separate occasions.

[player_tooltip player_id='325182' first='Taylor' last='Derkack'] - Colonia (2024)

Taylor just didn't play fair this season! She was an absolute menace in and around the paint, snatching down 380 rebounds in 28 games played, good for 13.6 per contest. If she keeps these numbers up, next season she is primed to join the exclusive 1,000-rebound club (also on track to eclipse the 2,000-point milestone). She is dynamic in every sense of the word.

[player_tooltip player_id='325186' first='Faith' last='Fedd-Robinson'] - Newark Central (2024)

Already a member of the 1,000-point club, Faith is destined to become a member of the 1,000-rebound club next season as well. She collected 365 of them in 28 games played this season, good for 13 per game. She has an undeniable post presence and a long wingspan that allows her to cradle rebounds with ease.

[player_tooltip player_id='406998' first='Jackie' last='Schels'] - Wallkill Valley (2024)

She can score the ball from anywhere and she can rebound it with authority. Needless to say, it's very difficult to control Jackie if you're the opponent, so you can only hope to contain her. 347 rebounds in 28 games is good for an average of 12.4 per contest, and she was just as good with o-boards as she was on the defensive end. Be on the look-out for Jackie's 1,000th career rebound next season!

[player_tooltip player_id='321557' first='Nir' last='Nir Cherry-Montague'] - Atlantic City (2023)

Mississippi State loves them tall, lengthy & intimidating and that's exactly what they're getting with Quanirah! 6'6" with a 6'11" wingspan, Nir Nir made it a tall-task for the opponent to get a rebound over her. She tallied 346 rebounds in 28 games played this season, which is good for just over 12 per contest. She posted a season-high 20 rebounds (to go along with 23 points) in a win over Holy Spirit back in February.

[player_tooltip player_id='601340' first='Sadie' last='Fleming'] - Manville (2026)

Manville's freshman-phenom is a force of nature on the glass! With 306 boards collected in 25 games (12.2 per game), she is one of the Garden State's leaders this season! Sadie has an awesome feel for where the ball is going to bounce off the rim, which allows her to corral the boards with ease. Three times this season, Sadie posted 20+ rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='325190' first='Abby' last='Misier'] - Hightstown (2024)

Abby was the central focus of many opponents' defensive game plans because of her ability to deflate teams with her rebounding prowess. She totaled 320 rebounds in 27 games, good for just under 12 per contest. Her impressive footwork and court positioning in the paint ignited her "beast-mode" mentality, night in and night out.

[player_tooltip player_id='325192' first='Devyn' last='Quigley'] - Manchester Township (2024)

As if it wasn't jaw-dropping enough that Devyn tallied 977 points in 28 games this season, she also racked up 317 rebounds, good for 11.3 per game. I like to refer to Devyn as a "point-forward" the way she can score with ease from anywhere on the court, and rebound it as well. In a game against Barnegat, she totaled an impressive 36 points & 20 rebounds! It's safe to say she stuffs the stat-sheets game after game!

Angelina Dragone - Our Lady of Mercy (2023)

If Angelina is under the rim on a missed shot, you can rest assured she is going to snag that rebound. She is tenacious crashing the boards and imposing her dominance against just about anybody. Her relentless pursuit of the ball accounted for 305 rebounds collected through 27 games, good for just over 11 per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='325219' first='Alexis' last='Rosenfeld'] - Morris Catholic (2024)

At 6'3", Alexis used her frame and lengthy wingspan to pull down aggressive rebounds all season long, sometimes over much taller opponents. Through 28 games played, she tallied 315 of them, good for 11.3 per game. Alexis went up against some of the best post players in the country from nationally ranked powerhouse programs such as Etiwanda (CA), Montverde (FL), Keenan (SC) & Paul VI (VA). She is elite when it comes to rebounding the ball with authority & determination!
