Making her case as the best player in the state, regardless of class and position. Beaumont has taken things to another level this season. Multiple high point double doubles, and a triple double that was about as even as you can get. Her natural feel for the game is evident the moment you see her play. The hesitations, the maneuvering around players, the passion and the “play to the last possible second” attitude are key reasons why she’s the outright game changer on this program. Unselfish as they come as well, Lenee just gets the job done.
Lindsay Harzich
Lindsay Harzich
Making a name for herself this past regular season, Lindsay has all the tools of a player who will do what you need of her no matter the situation. She can shoot the ball, finish around the rim and her length allows her to create issues for the players she’s tasked to guard. Even killed and poised as well, Harzich will be a necessary role player for the Redwings this weekend.
Slagle’s game is simple, but her versatility can be matched with the top players in the state. She can play the 3-5, because of her length and toughness. The energy she puts out is unlimited as well too. She can grab double digit boards on a nightly basis, do to her being active from start to finish. Soft touch around the rim and around the midrange.. Slagle makes for a perfect stretch forward. She is one of the main reasons, Geneva is in this position to win a state ring.
Talk about strength, Arne has that x5. The kid is strong, and plays with so much aggression away and near the rim. A confident shooter, and a freight train on the attack. Her toughness is written all over this program. Every player on the roster seems to have a little Arni in their attitude. Motivated, determined, and focus. She’s the soul of this team.
Palmer is my favorite on this team, simply because of the pace she plays at and the low maintenance type of attitude she has (honestly thats the whole program). Leah can go off for 30, or give you 10,10 and 5 and still have huge impact on the game. She stays poised, balanced and seems to always be in control of the possession that she’s involved in. Coaches need to get on this kid ASAP. She will adjust to any system she’s placed in.
