One of the epicenters of that live period was Raleigh, North Carolina – home to this year’s Deep South Classic. Raleigh is not only home to the Raleigh Convention Center – where the event took place – it is also home to NC State University which boasts one of the top women’s college programs in the nation.
We at Prep Girls Hoops were on hand for the weekend’s happenings. We mentioned a few 2025s from the Palmetto State that put together impressive performances. Here are a few more from that same class.
Davis proved to be a major spark plug – particularly in the second half – of Lowcountry Premier Ballers 2025 16U’s contest with Maryland-based Team Xposure 16U. Davis finished with 11 points in what was one of the more entertaining contests of Saturday’s action at the Raleigh Convention Center. Davis has no problems attempting shots from mid range while also displaying what she can do as a gifted attacker of the rim. She plays the game on contact with a willingness to absorb contact and get to the free throw line. A 3-point shot is also part of Davis’ overall offensive arsenal.
Even though Lowcountry Premier Ballers 2025 16U was on the receiving end of a 51-43 decision to Team Xposure 16U, the Maryland-based travel team had few answers for Eikenberry. She tallied 19 points which paced her team from start to finish of what was a very competitive contest. A good bit of Eikenberry’s production came bay way of the 3-point shot. Eikenberry sank four of the team’s six triples for the game. She also displayed that she is willing to attack the rim as well as absorb contact to get to the line. Helping out on double teams and corralling steals are two other elements to her complete game.

Bellinger gave Lowcountry Premier Ballers 2025 16U a formidable frontcourt presence throughout the duration of what was a hard-fought matchup against Team Xposure 16U – a club team out of Maryland. Bellinger finished with eight points. One of those made attempts happened to be a 3-pointer as she displayed her offensive versatility. In the painted area, she does many of the things coaches look for out of bigs – including rebounding, converting on high-percentage shots and a willingness to play the game on contact. She scored five of her eight points in the first half as she was part of the starting five for Lowcountry Premier Ballers 2025 16U.
The rising standout from 3A Dillon, she was a bright spot for her Team Big Shots Think Big 17U team against a Georgia Pearls Jr. National 17U assembling that put together an offensive onslaught that Saturday afternoon in Raleigh. Campbell is a backcourt stalwart with the capabilities to play at either of the two guard positions. She also gives teams plenty of problems with her defense as she is likely to get opponents to cough up the rock. Add in the fact that she is a potent scorer and one can certainly see why Campbell is playing up in class on the grassroots circuit.
