Check out Part 1 below!
Garavaglia is a very intriguing prospect. She was super consistent with her solid play over the weekend with the Mystics NE2k 2026 team. She had at least 4 double figure scoring games, but that wasn’t even the most impressive aspect of her game. I was impressed with the way that she read the ball off the rim and chased down rebounds. Garavaglia was solid defensively as well, picking up stops and forcing turnovers.
Wypych had herself a weekend with MI Drive Premier. After her lights out high school season, this really doesn’t come as any type of surprise. Wypych basically did Wypych things. She’s become such a dynamic player that just finds so many ways to make plays. Wypych is an explosive, yet steady scorer.
Lundquist is really proving that she’s a prospect playing for Hardwood Midwest that everyone needs to take note of. She averaged 12 points per game at the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit’s Crossroads Clash and really looks like she’s taken her scoring to a new level. That being said, it always starts on the defensive end for Lundquist. She’s a bona fide stopper on D and really controls the paint. Lundquist, in usual fashion, played a tough and physical brand of defense. She added more than a handful of blocks over the course of the weekend.
Pierson is a player to keep an eye on as grassroots season plays out. She’s a grinder in the gym and is willing to put the work in to improve her game. That work was evident at April Showers. Pierson has been working on her jumper and it showed. She has the look of a really pure shooter right now. Brighton has to replace an elite shooter next high school season and Pierson could be a huge asset in that area.
