#25 Mackenzie Roesner: EAB Ice 2027: Strong! Can certainly go coast to coast. Finds the open seams, and when picked up- great passes to her teammates! She’s smooth, both inside and behind the arc. Steals- no problem! Makes pressured shots on transition. Just floats to the bucket!
#2 Brooklyn Roberts: Showtime Academy 2027: Solid mid range jumper from the baseline! Boy do I love her dribble penetration! She very comfortably can shoot from outside. Has great muscle memory! Outside corner shot, nothing but net! Definitely has a shooters touch! Strong defender. (Below with ball)
#3 Gianna Lavecchia: IL Lady Lightning 2027 Select Rutter: I really like how she sets up the offense. Handles the rock well! Wow- She can take the ball to the basket!!! Uses the glass so well, under control, and zero fear! She makes shots with contact! I’m wow impressed! Very hard to stop! Eyes are always up, doesn’t turn the ball over!
#5 Marlee Coleman: (2028) Example Sports 2027: Coleman is one of the youngest on the court, but she certainly plays like she’s older! Strong moves to the basket. Very athletic on both ends of the court. Makes shots with contact. (Below on defense)
#5 Taressa Hennes: Playground Elite 2027: Taressa is so athletic! Can get to the charity stripe, and boy does she own the paint! She’s got speed, length, and can jump well! Makes difficult shots inside look so easy! Tough player! (Below, shooting)
2nd Team:
#3 Kaleigh Potts: Lexington Crossover 2027: Beautiful moves to the basket, under control. Steals, steals, and more steals, leading to easy buckets!! Quickness is excellent! She comes from behind- must know where she is at all times, otherwise, she’ll pick pockets from any direction! Strong lefty shooter from outside! And automatic from the line! (Below in purple)
#10 Rita Kuepper: Playground Elite 2027: What a leader on the court! Strong decision maker. Just knows exactly what to do with the basketball, doesn’t force things, but it comes naturally! Keeps the floor balanced. Love her handles and passing! And can shoot the rock from behind the arc. (Below, passing)
#7 Victoria Wainscot: Full Package Neon 2027: Strong, physical! Pretty baseline move. Looks for cutters, puts zip on her passes! Knows how to draw the foul and get to the line. I love her passes! Great shooting form from anywhere, including the line. She plays hard! Intense! Goes hard in the paint! Footwork is solid. (Below on defense)
#24 Kylah Patterson: IHustle 2027: She muscles hard inside for boards, and put backs. Physical player, who establishes her ground very well on the block. And the way she attacks the paint from the top of the key is excellent! Hard to stop her! (Below, rebounding)
#8 Emerson Nilsson: Illinois Dream 2027: Love her speed, can shoot the rock, and great moves in the lane! She spaces the floor well, finds the open seams, and has a motor that goes strong all game! She can knock them down from outside!
3rd Team:
#40 Annabelle Bischoff: Royalty Hoops 2027: I like how she gets position inside. She is strong!!! Can go coast to coast with the rock, and finish! Love her size and strength! Remember her name! I see a lot of potential in this young lady!
#31 Malea Harrison: Example Sports 2027: Great size! Wow- her passes on transition are fantastic! Plays with confidence, and has that confidence in her teammates! Wants the ball in her hands. Athletic! The sky’s the limit for Harrison!
Kourtnie Halperin: Full Package Black 2027: Her crisp passing is so very fun to watch! She puts zip on it! She loves defense! Attacking the basket is a speciality- plays with zero fear! Always looking for cutters, and passes are perfect! Can shoot the rock!
#1 Nicole Douglas: Pink Elite 2027: Finger roll is so pretty, under control! Great awareness on help side defense. I like her intensity on the press! She moves so well without the ball, finding the open lanes to cut and free herself for open shots!
#14 Mia White: Illinois Rockets 2027: Smooth three point shooter! Comfortable running the offense! Confident handles- that ball is glued to her hands! She’s an offensive creator. Gets to the line. Can play D! (Below, boxing out)
#4 Ava Mersinger Ava Mersinger 5'6" | PG Benet Academy | 2027 IL : Chicago Force 2027: Smooth mid range jumper. She makes things happen on the court, and can certainly capitalize on fast break opportunities! She plays with assertiveness and can knock down free throws. Intense player! (Below, catching ball)
