#14 – Dylyn is an elite shooter with good length on the perimeter. She is a good athlete who can run the floor. She showed the ability to hit the mid-range jumper off the dribble, and can be effective scoring in the paint with her length. She has a lightning quick release on her jumper. A shooting guard or small forward, she can play any of the 1 through 3 spots. I really like how her game translates to the next level. She can defend multiple positions and has quick hands and shot blocking skills. She can also be effective as a grab and go rebounder. If she gets more comfortable putting it on the floor and getting to the basket, she will develop into an even better prospect. She led the Mid-Co 3A/4A conference in threes this season. She is not just a shooter. Her length, ability to run the floor, rebound, score in the paint, and high ceiling is why she has moved up in the rankings.
Highlights
#49 – Helped Deer Park to a state tournament appearance this season and was second on the team in scoring behind senior Darian Herring Darian Herring 6’0″ | SF Deer Park | 2023 State WA . She had some good games in the post-season to boost her stock as a guard who can light it up from three, including a game with seven of them vs Medical Lake during the regular season. She moves up after being unranked previously. rn
Highlights
#40 – The Raymond guard averaged over 22 points per game last season, including one game over 40. She is best in the open floor, using her speed. She has a great mid-range game with a pull-up jumper that she uses in transition. She can also get to the basket with better than average athleticism. She didn’t shoot a lot of threes this season but if she develops into more of a threat from long range, she can shoot her way up the rankings eve more. skilled player who can is more suited for the scoring guard but can play the point also. rn
#34 – Versatilie player who rebounds well for her size, recording a handful of double doubles this season. She is strong with the dribble drive and gets points in the paint. She has a high basketball IQ and makes the right decisions with the ball in her hands, either attacking the hoop or finding open teammates. She is a capable shooter from three but more of a slashing mid-range game with some nice floaters in the paint. A 1st team all Greater Spokane league selection as a sophomore.
#23 – Lakeside guard helped her team to a state tournament appearance this season and a regular season upset over state champion Garfield. Good size in the backcourt, her role will increase next season with the graduation of Gonzaga commit Claire O’Connor Claire O’Connor 6’1″ | SF Lakeside | 2023 State WA . A skilled player that adds versatility and should be a strong secondary scoring option behind Mia Broom Mia Broom 5’8″ | CG Lakeside | 2024 State WA next season. rn
