Zoe Whittler – Frederick
The sophomore guard has shown value on both ends of the floor, playing varsity with this group since her freshman season. Whittler has quick instincts on either end of the floor, surveying for opportunities. She competes on the defensive end, rotating quickly for help and staying alert should a loose ball present itself. On offense, Whittler is always searching for open lanes, whether off the ball in the halfcourt or while pushing the pace on a fast break for a transition layup. The 5’6 shooting guard has a bright future, posting 4.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2 steals per game.
Josie Lynch Josie Lynch 5'11" | SG Chatfield | 2025 State CO – Chatfield
The 5’11 guard brings immediate defensive prowess, especially as a help side defender. Lynch is valuable defender versus both backcourt positions and a variety of forwards, consistently keeping one or both arms up while contesting shots. Her presence highly impacts opposing drivers or shooters, given her wide reach. Lynch possesses a streamlined offensive style of play, either stepping into the spot-up three point attempt or attacking the closeout for a straight line drive, doing well to find strongside shooters if help approaches. Through her season with 11-13 Chatfield, Lynch posted 4.2 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 block per game.
Jaque Forrest Jaque Forrest 5'8" | SF Poudre | 2025 State CO – Poudre
Forest shows intrigue defending 1 through 3, proving quick on rotations while holding her own in the paint at 5’9. The sophomore is an imperative defensive rebounder for Poudre, possessing good timing and adequate positioning around the floor depending on the depth of the opponent shot attempt. She is a confident shot taker from beyond the arc, showing no fear versus a light contest. Forest plays bigger than her 5’9 frame, posting 7.8 points, 5.5 rbeounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.7 steals per game.
Sophia Lachenmayer Sophia Lachenmayer 5'8" | SG Chatfield | 2025 State CO – Chatfield
Lachenmayer already provides a sturdy interior presence on the defensive end, while progressing as a perimeter shotmaker. Attempting over 100 triples this season, Lachenmayer was one of three Chatfield guards to hit that mark. At 5’8, she is sturdy taking contact, never shying away from such impact versus point of attack defenders. Through her sophomore season, the guard has posted 7 points and 3.8 rebounds per game.
Alena Vondracek Alena Vondracek 5'8" | SG Northfield | 2025 State CO – Northfield
Vondracek is a dependable shooter off the catch, providing a valuable dose of floor spacing for a young Northfield program. Attempting a 110 three pointers, she typically gets her shots from kickouts or swing passes while the defense is rotating. Although out there to shoot it, Vondracek is patient in the halfcourt, utilizing the offensive flow. Through her season at 11-13 Northfield, the shooting guard has posted 7.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game.
