Josie stepped up for Chatfield, making her presence felt on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she was one of the best three-point shooters in the state, giving her team real threat from deep. Her ability to knock down shots when forced defenses to adjust, opening up the floor for other players to have one on one matchups. She mastered her role and made things when her team needed her most.

Lynch has been on a tear defensively to start the season, leading all 6A 2025s in blocks per game. This is all while notching 4 or more blocks in all but one of her 8 games to start the season. At 5’11, she can guard a wide variety of positions at the point of attack. One area that Lynch is exceptional is maintaining legal positioning while contesting shot attempts, all while staying physical to alter an opponent’s decision. On the offensive end, she is active diving towards the rim following off-ball actions, taking advantage of many moving pieces in the halfcourt to attack the paint.
