Kansas Glass Cleaners: Class of 2025 Part 1

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I have said the same about scouting volleyball players, but it is difficult to scout athletes who are 16 years of age or younger. There is a long time before some of them get scouted and multiple-sport athletes can change their primary interest in a particular sport.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Here is a report on multiple “Glass Cleaners” from the Class of 2025. Athletes who hit the boards during the sophomore seasons, and still have two years of high school left to prove themselves as college prospects.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This is the first report on top rebounders across the state who are on the leaderboard for rebounds during the 2022-2023 season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='398379' first='Amelia' last='Ramsey']</strong>, 6'0”, C, Highland Park</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ramsey is an absolute beast. She averaged 15.8 rebounds per game in the 2022-2023 season. The Highland Park prospect averaged a double-double during her sophomore season as she average 19.8 points per game. Ramsey is a physical player with a big reach who can do damage on the offensive end and stop scorers on the defensive end. Ramsey is currently ranked No. 14 in the Kansas Prep Girls Hoops rankings for the class of 2025. She plays club ball with the Southwest Elite.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='431037' first='Hayden' last='Heim']</strong>, 6'1”, C, &nbsp;St. Mary's</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Heim averaged a double-double per game for St. Mary's as a sophomore. She averages 10.2 rebounds and 16.6 points per game. The St. Mary's prospect is athletic and can score from the inside. Heim plays club ball with the Missouri Phenom. She is currently ranked No. 54 in the PGH's 2025 rankings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='616758' first='Kaylee' last='Swartz']</strong>, 5'10”, PF, Chaparral</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Swartz averaged 9.6 rebounds per game last season for Chaparral. She also averaged 7.3 points per game during her sophomore season. She is an athletic sophomore who also plays volleyball as a setter and middle hitter. Swartz is currently ranked No. 86 in the class of 2025.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='649177' first='Grace' last='William']</strong>, 5'11”, PF, Osborne</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>William averaged 10.8 points per game and 10.1 points per game during her sophomore season, making her the second person in this report to average a double-double last season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='766799' first='Kyplee' last='Jacobson']</strong>, 5'10”, PF, Mission Valley</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jacobson averaged 10.1 rebounds per game during her sophomore campaign. She averaged 7.9 points per game.  Jacobson uses her size to her advantage, but she works hard to fight for defensive and rebounding position.
