Today, I'll continue to go through the kids I watched over the weekend to highlight their games and what they bring to the floor. There are a handful of kids who I enjoyed watching through the event, and tonight I'll have a few articles discussing a few kids I haven't talked about yet.

I believe Eubanks has plenty of room to grow, and she already does some things that will translate wherever she plays. One is how well she moves laterally and contains opposing guards and wings drives. I thought Eubanks was consistent on the defensive end and was locked in mentally during the first game on Sunday, especially. Whenever someone tried to get by her, she moved her feet and kept her assignment in front. The more I saw her, the more I liked her ability to do what she does best regularly, which is rare for high school kids.

[player_tooltip player_id='448322' first='Torie' last='Neubauer']

I've been a fan of Neubauer's game for a while. She got better as the high school season went on. She had to play in the FVA, which isn't the easiest thing to do in the first year you get serious minutes. There's no break in that conference. This weekend she showed her versatility with her back to the basket, hitting some big-time perimeter jumpers in a competitive game on Sunday and making plays whenever her team needed a stop or basket.

Aspen Abel

I have all the confidence in the world that Abel will improve this summer with Purple Aces. From the first time I saw her this past weekend, she's already significantly better. Abel shoots it funky, but I can't argue with the results. She made some critical shots for her team this weekend, and when games got down to crunch time, she was on the floor and made plays down the stretch. Abel has been a part of successful programs at the high school level and in AAU, and it's no surprise that Abel knows how to make winning plays when the situation calls for it.

[player_tooltip player_id='624964' first='Ashiya' last='Hopkins']

Hopkins is a unique player for many reasons, but the one that stands out when I watch is how well she scores the ball in situations where I'd say it's a bad shot for almost anyone else. She has this knack for putting the ball in the basket, which sounds simple, but she makes some of the most challenging shots look basic.
