Emma Slotman
Emma Slotman
Slotman did things on the court that winners do. She distributed the ball at a very high level for WM Drive 2027 Bowers, averaging 3.2 assists per game. Slotman was also terrific on the defensive end. Her ball pressure and ability to create turnovers was game changing. Slotman finished the weekend with 11 steals. She’ll be a player to watch for the summer and into the school season. Her energy can be infectious and is extremely valuable to any team.
Winowiecki had an excellent weekend with her PR1DE 2024 team. She had a couple double digit games that featured her solid jumper. Winowiecki had a 12 point game that included 9 scored strictly from behind the arc. Her scoring was just the beginning of her solid weekend though. Winowiecki was an influential player on the defensive end as well, playing D with a lot of grit and hustle. She added versatility to the backcourt as well, showing the ability to effectively be a primary ball handler as well as the shooter that we discussed earlier.

I always have, and still do, really like her game and her leadership abilities. Farr is playing with CCE this grassroots season and she went off in a 50-25 CCE victory. With all the intangibles that she brings to the roster, huge games like this are just another added bonus. The simple fact though, is that Farr can flat out shoot the ball and get buckets.

Abby Hicks
Abby Hicks
Hicks deserves to see her name in print more often. She’s a very steady and consistent player that has a high skill level on the floor. Hicks had a couple double digit scoring games over Mother’s Day weekend. She scored with efficiency and great shot selection. Hicks recognizes good looks, both for her and her teammates. She’s a high quality 2 way player that’s tough for a coach to take off the floor.
