[player_tooltip player_id='496126' first='Elyse' last='Macdonough'], 5'7 G - Ranked #27 - NY Havoc GUAA Class of 2024

VT's top hooper for at least a year now, Elyse has cemented herself as the one to chase. She's a true 3-level scorer, an adept facilitator, and a defender with a chip on her shoulder. It's MacDonough's competitive edge, communication, balanced skillset, and high-IQ that make her so exceptional. Plus, she's not afraid to dive on the floor and scrum for extra possessions; she leads by example. So tough.

[player_tooltip player_id='496147' first='Kelli' last='Cieplicki'], 5'9 G - Ranked #37 - NY Havoc GUAA Class of 2024

A do-it-all type with the skills + mindset to be the first option or the fourth, Kelli is highly adaptable and productive. Cieplicki reels in boards at a high clip, defends numerous positions, and has a 3-level scoring package that continues to grow with smart footwork and counters. She balances her scoring with intuitive facilitation, and she leaves it all on the floor. Kelli battles and provides a bit of everything.

[player_tooltip player_id='579572' first='Hayden' last='Wilkins'], 5'8 G - Ranked #45 - Blueprint Basketball Class of 2024

The combo-guard has a clutch gene that become uber clear in the playoffs over winter. Wilkins rises to the occasion with her balanced attack of 3-level scoring + orchestration. Yet when the time comes, Hayden knows how to impose her will on a game with her playmaking and tough, anticipatory defense. Wilkins has no fear and relishes intense competition.

[player_tooltip player_id='446534' first='Bianca' last='Williams'], 5'11 G/W - Ranked #47 - Lone Wolf Athletics Class of 2024

A big guard who can play/cover multiple positions, Bianca continues to impress. Williams scores it so efficiently from 3 and around the cup, and her mid-range is beginning to fruit. Moreover, she's a savvy passer and off-ball mover; she's someone who can post up, find looks on the wing, and facilitate. Plus, her perimeter rebounding is among the best in the state. Efficient and highly impactful.

[player_tooltip player_id='405948' first='Cassie' last='Beste'], 5'6 G - Ranked #54 - Lone Wolf Athletics Class of 2025

The combo-guard and natural floor general just reclassified to the class of 2025 as she transfers to Philips Exeter Academy next fall. The southpaw has 3-level scoring that extends a few feet behind the line, and her vision + playmaking is a step ahead of the defense. Additionally, Cassie's a hardnosed defender who utilizes her anticipation to disrupt offenses. Beste will be a force in the c/o '25.

[player_tooltip player_id='446535' first='Breya' last='Montague'], 5'9 G - Ranked #65 - Essex High School Class of 2024

A sizable point guard with impressive vision and shooting, Breya keeps defenses guessing with her ability to fill it up from 3 or slash to the cup. And with her over the top vision and length, she's able to make feeds not many PGs can. At the same time, Montague works well off-ball and is knockdown off the catch. A long defender who covers multiple wing positions and likes to push, Breya is seriously effective.

[player_tooltip player_id='649620' first='Elyse' last='Berger'], 5'10 G/W - Ranked #68 - Champlain Valley Union High School Class of 2024

Elyse may not have the scoring that is so often favored, but she has literally everything else. Berger is a big guard who's anticipatory, high-IQ, and an absolute worker. Elyse has stat lines that go something like 8-7-8 and 2 blocks; Berger cleans glass, is physical around the rim, tracks down loose balls, and harbors the vision + strength to make some exceptional dimes. Elyse can play.

[player_tooltip player_id='649622' first='Maya' last='Auger'], 5'8 G - Ranked #88 - Blueprint Basketball Class of 2024

Auger is a natural 2-guard who can get hot in a hurry. Maya can fill it up from 3 off the catch or the bounce, and when she gets downhill, she gives defenders fits with her short-range floater/layup package. Moreover, Auger is so anticipatory on the defensive end, and she's one who can take a ballhandler out of rhythm with deflections and turnovers. Auger is solid.
