Pleasant gave players a chance to showcase their skills with college coaches having their eyes and ears on the action. A lot of athletes from Michigan showed why they should be recruited as next level players. They had a “Recruit Me” type of weekend. Let’s look at some of those players.
Apparently we’re going to see her name quite a bit this summer. Lundquist was a terror for opponents all weekend at the PGH Live. She had a handful of double-double with points and rebounds and blocked shots on the regular. The Hardwood Midwest star should be recruited ASAP.
Freshcorn is your prototypical lead guard that pretty much every coach is looking for. She’s an efficient ball handler and can get buckets when her team needs them. Freshcorn was named as a Top Performer at PGH Live with her Legends Flight team over the weekend.

Kotowicz continued her dominant grassroots season at the PGH Live. She’s a known scorer but probably her best game featured her well rounded skill set. While Kotowicz did drop 22 points in the game she also added 7 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 assists.

Seely-London has had a really good grassroots season so far and the Hardwood Midwest star continued that great play. Her weekend was probably highlighted by her 18 point and 5 rebound performance in a 40-38 2OT win. Seely-London buried 4 triples in the contest.

Johnson played up all the way to the 2024 team. She more than showed that she belonged and could step up to the competition. Her length and defense was solid with Great Northern Elite and she showed some really good athleticism to go with it. Johnson should be on the radar at this point.
Kyrah Gray

Gray played up with REAL 2024 and she had herself a very solid weekend. At PGH Live, she showed a diverse skill set. Gray scored in double figures in a couple games and showed a nose for the ball off the rim when she chased down long rebounds. Gray was solid on the defensive end and also showed the ability to hit a moving target with the pass.
