Markeli Jones-Tynes Markeli Jones-Tynes 5'9" | PG Westminster Academy | 2025 State FL showed why she is one of the top guard in the State of Florida in any class. Watching the matchup between Tynes’s Westminster team and Lake Highland Prep was a treat. Tynes played well and showcased a lot of skills on the court. The float game, the ability to attack going left and right, the ability to finish through contact, and the ability to score in the midrange area were all on display – front of College Coaches. Tynes played the guard position at an elite level and was a standout on Day 1.
Heaven Sanders Heaven Sanders 5'5" | PG Trinity Catholic | 2024 State FL played very well at the FABC Team Camp. Sanders showed some very good ball handling skills and had the ability to get to the rim. Sanders can create for herself, but can also get her teammates involved. Sanders does a good job of running things on offense like a floor general.
Highlights
Brionie Leahmon Brionie Leahmon 5'5" | PG Trinity Catholic | 2025 FL was one of the best young guards in the building. Her court vision and ability to pass the ball were at an elite level. Leahman also got to the rim for easy layup opportunities. She has a great natural feel for the game and seems to always be under control, letting the game come to her.
Ciara Hayes Ciara Hayes 5'5" | PG Faith Christian Academy | 2026 State FL turned in a stellar performance on Day 1. Hayes is one of the highest ranked players in the 2026 class and her 26 point performance was impressive.
Jada Eads Jada Eads 5'6" | PG Lake Highland Prep | 2024 State FL was very impressive on Day 1. Throughout the day, the guard was impressive at all ends of the court. She did a good job of handling the ball and showed very good defensive skills. Eads can shoot from all levels of the court as was the case at the FABC camp. The talented guard has very good range and knocked down several threes. Eads also showed the quickness and got to the rim for scores.
