Mckenzie Edwards- The small guard took on a heavy load with duties on the team the past few years and rather she was ready for it not, she had no choice. She’s been able to handle it well for her size and experience. Going from someone who loves to just catch and shoot it, now she’s making all the right plays using her court vision and ability to read the defense. Senior year approaching look for her to standout more than what she did.
Devoriah Brown Devoriah Brown 5'4" | PG Wichita Heights | 2025 State KS – The lockdown defender, the Patrick beverly of the world is fun to watch and even more exciting when you think about her potential. Not only does she guard full court and apply a ton of ball pressure on the ball handlers but she can score as well and has shown this this summer. The lefty can catch and knock it down and it looks like she has shown her ability to finish at the rim using a variety of moves.
Mia Tate- Tate will be interesting to watch, she has a really good touch and her form looks to improve tremendously making her lethal beyond the 3. She’s been able to show off her ball handling ability as well and that’s due to her work she’s been putting in all summer long. Mia will soon be a familiar name with how fast she’s rising.
Joycelyn Moore Joycelyn Moore 5'5" | PG South Mission South | 2024 State KS – Moore is a certified bucket if you haven’t seen one. Pure skill with limited athleticism, she’s making you pay one way or another. She can knock it down from the volleyball line or get to the rim and finish over your best defender. When she sees one go in its over, she’s in a zone just like that. Whatever school recruits Moore will get a steal, I won’t be surprised if she’s a 1,000 point scorer at the next level.
Audie Phillips- Audie is quiet but her style of play says otherwise. She’s extremely fast and can keep up with anyone she’s playing against. Using her speed she gets to wherever she needs to on both ends of the floor. On the defensive end she’s usually using this speed to get back and force a turnover for her team. On the offensive end she’s became a leader and big time scorer for her Goddard team. Her smooth jumper and finishes has allowed her to open up different angles on the floor exposing the defense.
