Continue ReadingEva looked good in the two-man game, screening and rolling to the hoop for buckets. She ran the floor in transition and when she was able to use her body to seal deep in the post, defenders had no way of denying her.
Siuta’s game is growing. She shined at the Sandy’s Spiel Spring Showcase with her three-point shooting and on Thursday, it was her guard skills that caught my eye. The wing initiated multiple sets serving as a primary ball handler. With her size and shooting touch, Maddie is a mismatch whenever she has the ball in her hands on the perimeter.
MK finished Day 1 of camp strong, recording 11 points, 7 rebounds, 1 assist and 3 steals. Her versatility was noteworthy, scoring on a drive, a three-pointer and two putbacks. Standing nearly 6-foot, Leonard has the size to bang inside but also the finesse to produce as a stretch-four.
Allie played her role to a T, the elder statesman living on the backboards and doing the dirty work. Meyer collected 11 points, 15 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals and 2 blocks battling against Oglethorpe County. Allie ran the floor for three transition hoops. In the halfcourt, her effectiveness came in the paint, converting an And-1 putback and showing some ball skills with a drive.
The emergence of Berkley Bennett Berkley Bennett 5’10” | PF South Forsyth | 2025 State GA could be a storyline worth tracking. The junior has good size. Bennett is a bit of a tweener and depending on lineups and matchups can serve anywhere from 3-5. Berkley displayed a eurostep and finished well around the rim. The southpaw is flying under the radar but has solid potential as a newfound upperclassman.
