Known for her brute strength in the paint, Eva has blossomed this offseason with a finesse game that has driven her stock up. Bishop still dominates down low but now she has the confidence to shoot the three and attack off the bounce. Eva does just about everything you could ask for in a power forward.

The evolution of Eva’s game was on display Saturday. Bishop has ground by leaps and bounds with her ball skills and comfortability on the perimeter. Bishop cashed in on a pair of threes to pair with her bruising play inside. Eva has nice footwork with her back to the basket, using up-and-unders and step throughs. Her powerful drop step draws fouls. Bishop poured in 26 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals and 1 block in a 44-41 win over South Forsyth. D-II, NAIA and D-III programs are jockeying for her service.

brought the boom as if she had just come from Costco. Bishop used her trademark strength to score in the paint, but she also showcased much improved ball skills. She grabbed rebounds and pushed the ball in transition, finishing with euros through traffic. In the halfcourt, she stepped out to the three-point line to hit a three. Eva finished with 17 points and 5 rebounds. Her expanded offensive game makes her a threat on the perimeter to either drive to the basket or shoot the three.
