Saunders is a new addition that really showed some game and upside this summer. She showed that she can score from all over the court and high school defenses are going to have to account for her next season. Saunders has freedom of movement which could really enhance her upside.
Highlights
Holman did her job this grassroots season and is rewarded with a prospect ranking. First of all, she worked hard and got better. Holman is a different and better basketball player than she was in March. Secondly, she showed off her game on really good stages. Holman showed that her game is diverse and she has the ability to effect the outcome of a game in so many ways.
Fulkerson is a really good addition to the rankings. There’s a lot to like about her game, but it was her work off the high post that stood out to me this grassroots season. Fulkerson does a great job recognizing and finding open space near the free throw line. She catches the ball with strong hands and can fill up that mid range jumper. Fulkerson also showed the ability to work with her back to the basket and finish over each shoulder.
Keefer MORE than deserves to be on this list of prospects. She’s a terrific talent with next level skills. She was dynamite all spring and summer with Capitol City Express . One of her best weekends was at PGH Live where she was named 1st Team All-Tournament. She can be a prolific scorer, but it’s the way she breaks down the defense and attacks creating opportunities for everyone that impressed me the most.

Sorrelle made the list, and honestly, probably has an argument to be ranked higher. She’s a team first guard that takes a ton of pride in helping her team secure wins. Sorrelle can score, don’t get me wring. It’s just that she is going to get the ball to teammates in scoring positions on a consistent basis. Look for Sorrelle to have a big high school season.
