Trinity’s advance feel for the game that stood out quick weather playing on or off the ball. Off of the catch she was spot on and created open opportunities being aggressive to the basket. Great feel, natural scorer and competitor.
Liv is a strong guard, with great size heading down to Florida after her senior year. Against JSizzle she demonstrated great on ball defense, toughness around the rim, and got her teammates going early distributing the ball. Her vision and ability to put the ball only where her teammates can get is next level. She also made her presence felt on the glass , getting a few second chance opportunities. Nice touch from behind the arc and mid range, she plays at her own pace and gets where she wants on the floor with her size.
When talking about competing on both ends, Talia demonstrates that consistently with her toughness, ability to create space/ score, and willingness to guard the other teams best player up and down the court. Talia has a crafty way of getting to the rim and taking advantage of free throw line opportunities. A point guard you want to go to war with.
Playing up an age group, Yasmeen was as composed and aggressive as you can ask for. She makes her presence felt from behind the arc but has a natural feel playing off the dribble. Good size to guard all over the floor , her height gives her an advantage over smaller guards on both ends. She does well moving without the ball and coming off screams ready to be a threat. Bright future!
Highlights
Athena plays the game the right way looking to get others involved and keeping continuous pressure on the defense. Her tight handle allows her to get to her spots and she displayed a good touch from mid range and beyond. She is an elite on ball defender, with her quickness and footwork, she makes it difficult for the offense to get into their sets. Look for her to have a strong senior campaign before going to Boston College.
