This article will touch more upon the players who will be hitting the 500 rebound mark this coming season, either early on or later in the season.
Tessa Carman Tessa Carman 5'11" | PF Red Bank Catholic | 2025 State NJ – Red Bank Catholic (2025)
Carman might sound like a bit of a stretch for this considering the great balance of RBC’s lineup, especially last season’s freshman class. However, with three seniors leaving, that should open up just a bit more space for the rising junior to dominate. She’s 247 rebounds away from 500, a number that we think is most definitely reachable next season.
Abby Boyle Abby Boyle PF NJ – Rumson Fair-Haven (2024)
Boyle is again another long shot to include on a list like this, but that doesn’t mean she can’t go off during a season. She’s only got one left as well, her senior year, as she leaves it all on the floor, and her production skyrocketed big time as a junior. Who says it can’t happen again as a senior, and to hit this milestone, she’ll need it to as she’s 261 rebounds away from 500.
Reece Paget Reece Paget SF Lacey | 2025 State NJ – Lacey (2025)
Paget is another player with immense promise who already did well in a much larger role on the team last season. She’s the furthest away from 500 rebounds of any player we’ve talked about so far, but she has the best opportunity in front of her to do so, currently 294 away from the milestone. Lacey graduated six players last season, leaving Paget as essentially their best talent next season. That means she’s the star of the show and she’s going to show out and ball out.
Hope Masonius Hope Masonius 5'9" | PG Manasquan | 2024 State NJ – Manasquan (2024)
It’s not often that we’ll include guards on lists like these, but wow has Masonius made a name for herself down low. This season, she averaged a career-high 7.0 RPG and sits less than 50 away from 500. While not certain, she could easily make a push for double-digit rebounding averages next season. She’s on pace to reach both 500 rebounds and 1000 points currently.
Katherine Henn Katherine Henn 5'10" | PF Point Pleasant Boro | 2025 NJ – Point Pleasant Boro (2025)
Consistency is key for Henn, raising her rebounds per game average to nearly 6.1 last season while improving offensively quite a bit. She’s now 215 away from 500 in her career, what we think is an achievable mark looking at her consistent progression over time. Being the main forward on Boro, they’ll need her to produce and stand tall, something we think she will continue to do well at.
Sofia Chebookjian Sofia Chebookjian 5'9" | PF Ocean Township | 2024 State NJ – Ocean Township (2024)
Chebookjian has grinded through three seasons of solid contributions for Ocean Township, a consistent starting option throughout. That hard work has the ability to pay off finally when it comes to milestones as she’ll be crossing 500 career points and rebounds off her list by next season’s end. She’s just four points away from the mark and 124 rebound, and we really do think this season will be filled with career-highs across the board.
