Teaghan Moses Teaghan Moses 5'5" | SG Green Cove Springs | 2026 State FL made some great plays at the Run 4 Roses Classic Tournament. The young baller showcased her shooting talents and defensive skills on the floor. She made several nice jumpers, including a nice “J” in the free throw area.
Kathleen Crawley Kathleen Crawley 5'9" | SF Bishop Kenny | 2027 State FL had some nice plays at the Run 4 Roses Tournament. Crawley is another player who has a smooth-as-butter jump shot.
Presley Norman has become a household name on the first coast and you forget that she has yet to even enter her 9th-grade year in school. The young player is mature beyond her years and so is her basketball game. Norman continued to impress during the tournament and in the game I watched, she knocked down several threes and showed a high basketball IQ on the court. She is very intuned to what is going on in the game and has a great understanding of situational basketball.
Kendall Perry Kendall Perry 5'8" | PG Dr Phillips | 2026 State FL (2025, FGB ‘ last=”]’ last=”] GUAA) had a great game where she scored 26 of her team’s 69 points. She had a nice floater along the baseline and also connected on 8 baskets with no threes. Perry also scored on 11 free throws. These stats spell dominance and she will be a player we watch in the upcoming live period in Orlando, FL.
Ronnice Berry Ronnice Berry 5'10" | SF Dr. Phillips | 2025 State FL (2025, FGB ‘ last=”]’ last=”] GUAA) also looked good out there on the courts. She showed the ability to get downhill and get to the basket. Berry connected on two three-pointers for the contest. She was also impressive in her transition defense, stopping the opposing team from scoring on a fast break.
Sophia Toscano Sophia Toscano 5'8" | CG IMG Academy | 2024 State FL looked good during Run 4 Roses Championship. She made some nice shots on the floor including a nice 1 hand floater. Toscano was an aggressive scorer who pulled the jumper with no hesitation.
LeighAnn Hanley LeighAnn Hanley 6'1" | PF Carrollwood Day | 2024 State FL (cover photo) looked like a D-1 player out on the courts. The PF Hanley was very impressive with her soft hands and the ability to catch and finish on the inside. Hanley showed great footwork in the post and showcased her ability to score once she received it inside. Defensively, Hanley was just as impressive with her ability to defend in the paint and also defend out on the wings.
Danigzy Mantilla Danigzy Mantilla 5'5" | PG St Cloud | 2024 State FL played well during the Rose tournaments. She is one exciting point guard who looks to make her teammates shine more than herself. She made some nice plays to open teammates. Mantilla repeatedly attacked the rim and drew the defense in before kicking out to her three-pointer shooters. Mantilla handled the ball very well.
