She does a great job of slowing the pace down before making the pass, either sending the ball over the top while the roller is on the move or threading the needle through a bounce once the defense fails to communicate. Stanley keeps her eyes up for the next pass, often attacking downhill while maintaining pace to stay aware of a spaced out shooter. Alternatively, Stanley can use the roller to dive downhill, facilitating a pass over the top. Although finding the bulk of her options out of ball screens, the guard is just as effective hitting backdoor cutters through tight windows.
