Orlando was filled with talent in the back half of July, we take a look at some of the class of 2027 stand outs.
Kathleen Crawley Kathleen Crawley 5'9" | SF Bishop Kenny | 2027 State FL (Blue Heat National 2026 E40) 5’10 Wing – Class of 2027
Crawley playing up a division played both guard and wing positions and led her team in scoring multiple times. She has a strong build and great height for a young prospect just starting high school. Her 3-point range was her strongest attribute knocking down multiple 3s in multiple games. She has a versatile skill set with a strong build and uses her body and strength well.
Iliana Dorvilus Iliana Dorvilus 5'3" | SG Cypress Creek | 2027 State FL ( J Sizzle 2025 Howard) 5’3 Point Guard – Class of 2027
Dorvilus is short, quick and explosive. She did a great job blowing by defenders from the wing off her quick first step, putting the ball to the ground with purpose and aggressiveness to get to the rim. On the defensive end, she created havoc by being active both on the ball and off the ball.
Brooklyn O’Gallagher ( FGB ‘ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”] 2027 GUAA) 5’6 Point Guard – Class of 2027
O’Gallager well a very effective point guard for FGB ‘ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”] 2027 GUAA. The 5’6 PG played very well out of ball screens, turning the corner and getting into the teeth of the defense. She is a distributor first who does a good job getting her teammates involved in the offense and creating shots off penetrate and kick situations. When not playing off the bounce, O’Gallagher has 3-point range and can not be left open as she shoots a high percentage in catch and shoot situations.
Presley Norman (Blue Heat National 2026 E40) 5’9 Guard – Class of 2027
Norman was one of several talented players on the Blue Heat National 2026 E40 squad and was the team’s top 3-point shooter. Norman had multiple 3s in multiple games, benefiting from penetrate and kick situations. She stays shot ready, letting it fly from the wing and the baseline.
Kareena Ortiz ( FGB ‘ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”] 2027 GUAA) 5’7 Shooting Guard – Class of 2027
Ortiz has a long, wiry, slender build. She is the younger sister of class of 2024 prospect Karisma Ortiz and played well with the ball in her hands. She plays with patience on the offensive end, changing speed, and playing with good tempo.
Xylia Rosario ( FGB ‘ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”] 2027 GUAA) 5’8 Wing – Class of 2027
Rosario has great size for a young class of 2027 prospect. She played well in transition and off the bounce on the talented FGB ‘ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”] 2027 GUAA squad. She was a consistent and reliable scorer in Orlando and has a ton of upside and potential.
Victoria Hall (Central Florida Elite 2027) 6’4 Center – Class of 2027
Hall was impressive. She was one of the top post prospects. She is 6’4 and just entering high school and really stood out for her height and length. In a state that has very few front court players, Hall will be a name to keep an eye on. She impacts the game as a rebounder and shot blocker and has a developing offensive game.
Alyse Mercredi (Central Florida Elite 2027) 5’11 Forward – Class of 2027
Mercredi has a raw skill set but has a huge upside. She played both the forward and center and outworked the opposing teams front court players by running the floor hard being active on the offensive glass.
