Talk about a busy Tuesday. The recruiting sphere did not stop in New Jersey as we saw four players commit to play college basketball in one day, the most that we've seen in quite some time. That might have been the most in one day so far in 2023. We are here to recap the four who signed, sending out our congratulations and best wishes for the future.

We begin this journey of recruiting with 2024 Ocean Township prospect [player_tooltip player_id='488739' first='Gamila' last='Betton'], who announced her commitment to playing at Adelphi University.

Betton has been a constant frontcourt presence for the Spartans over the last two seasons as a starter. In that time, she's averaged 8.9 points a game, 6.25 rebounds a game and just under one steal a game. She's recorded four double-doubles over the past two seasons and has refined her game well for the next level. She'll get her shot in 2024.

[player_tooltip player_id='325188' first='Zahra' last='Alexander'] - Rutgers Prep (2024) commits to NYU

Alexander's commitment came out of left field for us when she announced that she'll be heading to New York University for her college career, but it's well-deserved for the rising senior.

A down year as a sophomore raised question marks for those following the sport in NJ, but she proved people wrong in a big way as a junior, averaging 7.7 PPG, 3.3 RPG, 2.2 APG and nearly a steal in 30 games played. Across the board, she seemed like a more confident and determined player, and her consistency on the floor was more than noticeable. She earned her spot at NYU and will be a big time piece for the Violets.

[player_tooltip player_id='325190' first='Abby' last='Misier'] - Hightstown (2024) commits to Le Moyne College

Misier was offered by the Dolphins earlier this summer and recently took a tour of campus, so it was not shocking to see the rising senior from Hightstown commit to the program on Tuesday.

She's going to be a perfect fit in that program as a 6-3 forward, someone who's been able to command the ball down low and has put up some fantastic numbers in her time with the Rams. Just last season alone, she averaged a double-double with 13.9 PPG and 11.9 RPG along with three blocks a game as well. A fantastic talent who we're excited to see play at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='333333' first='Cassidy' last='Kruesi'] - St. Rose (2025) commits to the University of Tampa

From the Northeast to sunny Florida, St. Rose rising junior [player_tooltip player_id='333333' first='Cassidy' last='Kruesi'] will be trading in winter jackets for t-shirts and shorts after committing to Tampa on Tuesday.

An impressive talent that has grown a lot in her game so far, Kruesi emerged as a prominent scorer for SRHS, averaging 7.8 PPG with eight double-digit scoring performances over the course of the season. Her perimeter shooting has been there as well, knocking down 48 three-pointers in two seasons with St. Rose. She's got plenty of time to develop in her game, making her that much more exciting to follow come this winter.
