Updated 2024 Rankings Top Shooting Guards/Wings

Prep Girls Hoops Missouri released its updated Class of 2024 rankings last week. We continue our positional breakdowns by taking a look at the top shooting guards/wings in the class.   [player_tooltip player_id='194408' first='Hannah' last='Wallace'] (Cardinal Ritter): The 6'1" Saint Louis U. commit is one of the most versatile defenders in the state. She is able to guard all positions with her height, length and her willingness to defend. She is a tremendous athlete who averaged 11 points, 3.6 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.6 blocks a game last season. She played with the [program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] 17U team in the Nike EYBL during the summer.     [player_tooltip player_id='194419' first='Grace' last='Billington'] (Moberly): The 5'10" guard is one of the most talented offensive players in the state. She is a smooth ball handler and a three-level scorer who averaged 18 points, six rebounds and four assists while leading Moberly to the Class 4 state quarterfinals. She has committed to Murray State University.     [player_tooltip player_id='299456' first='Kennedy' last='Herrig'] (Liberty North): A 5'10" guard who recently gave a commitment to Western Illinois University. She is a versatile player who excels in all facets of the game. She can facilitate as a playmaker and score at all three levels. She can also guard multiple positions. She played with the [program_tooltip program_id='712484' first='Della' last='Lamb'] 17U team during the summer.     Monet Witherspoon (John Burroughs): A 5'8" guard who is an excellent two-way performer with a high basketball IQ. She is a good slasher who can make 3-pointers. She averaged 11.6 points and four rebounds a game in helping the Bombers to the Class 5 state quarterfinals. She had a strong summer for Napheesa Collier Elite's 17U that won an Elite 40 national title. She also has numerous Division II and Division I scholarship offers.     [player_tooltip player_id='255534' first='Sadie' last='Conway'] (Nixa): A 5'8" Rockhurst commit who impacts play at both ends of the floor. She is an excellent ball handler who moves well without the ball and she can knock down 3-pointers. She is also very active on the defensive end. She spent the summer playing for the [program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] 17U team.     [player_tooltip player_id='644556' first='Zoe' last='Newland'] (Pattonville): A 5'7" guard who is a very talented offensive player. She creates well off the dribble with the ability to break down defenders with a variety of moves. She can score in the lane or knock down the pull up jumper. She averaged eight points a game last season for the Pirates, who won 20 games last season. She also had a strong summer playing for the [program_tooltip program_id='713121' first='Lady' last='Brad Beal Elite'] 17U team.     [player_tooltip player_id='194527' first='Willow' last='Gideon'] (Rolla): A 5'10" guard who is one of the more impressive 3-point shooters in the class. She made 75 triples last season while shooting 37 percent from behind the arc. She averaged 16 points a game while leading Rolla to a 24-6 record. She played with the [program_tooltip program_id='713121' first='Lady' last='Brad Beal Elite'] 17U squad during the summer.     [player_tooltip player_id='644022' first='Allie' last='Robertson'] (Fatima): A versatile 5'10" guard who earned All-State and Show-Me Conference Player of the Year honors after leading the Comets to a district championship last season. She is a skilled ball handler and perimeter shooter and she combines that with her physical strength to get buckets in the low post.
