Gracie Martin, 5’9 G/W – Spaulding Union H.S. Class of 2024
What I like most about Gracie’s game is her IQ and toughness on both ends. Martin’s savvy movement off the ball and snappy decision making with the rock keeps the defense moving and makes those around her better. On the defensive end, she’s a fantastic team defender and a strong on-ball defender with nice anticipation.
Quinn Nelson, 5’11 F – Harwood Union H.S. Class of 2024
One of the toughest true forwards in D2, Quinn Nelson. She’s a bruiser around the rim with her strong frame, able to secure the paint on D, reel in boards, and force tough shots. Offensively, Quinn is still a bit raw but she finishes strong at the cup, has a few go-to moves, and her motor is unrelenting. I’m excited to see what Nelson has added to her arsenal.
Jordan Alley Jordan Alley 5'10" | CG Blue Mountain | 2024 State New E , 5’10 G/W – Blue Mountain School Class of 2024
Super versatile, the natural athlete at Blue Mountain will seek to return to the promised land after a tough Finals loss. Jordan led that squad with her ability to create offensively and lockdown on the defensive end. She’s a stat-sheet stuffer with her work as a disruptor defensively, her rebounding, and point-forward work.
Ashtin Stearns, 5’9 G/W – Vergennes Union H.S. Class of 2026
Stearns is that reliable, plug-and-play hooper. Ashtin’s a smart mover away from the ball, often exploiting gaps and making plays as the defense collapses. Gritty defensively, her quick feet contain ballhandlers and she’s active in the passing lanes. I’m interested to see what new tools she’s added to her kit.
Sophie Guariello, 5’8 G – Spaulding H.S. Class of 2026
Spaulding graduated a number of important players and I anticipate Sophie will step into a much larger role. The combo-guard uses a springy first step to snake into the second layer. With her athleticism and improving vision, her playmaking from there should excel. Furthermore, she’s a dynamic defender who can disrupt the opposition with her on-ball work and off-ball wit.
Faith McAllister, 5’10 W/F – Vergennes Union H.S. Class of 2026
With Faith’s size and developing skillset, she could evolve into quiet the player. McAllister has an athletic build and nice height, allowing her to do a ton of damage on the perimeter and still get to work inside. Versatile defensively, she can really hawk the ballhandler, get in passing lanes, and hit the glass. On the offensive end, her skillset is strengthening and therefore, she’s relying on her athleticism a little less. Fun to watch.
