Through mid-August I went through my top players in each class with my August Company series. Now I'm going through the state and finding those high impact players that didn't quite make those initial lists. Tap into some of VT's finest with the Gamechangers series!

[player_tooltip player_id='649623' first='Addison' last='Cadwell'], 5'10 G - Thetford Academy Class of 2024

Addison is one of those natural talents with a great feel for the game. The big guard has her fingerprints all over every game; she rebounds like a forward, defends inside and out, and creates a plethora of offense. Cadwell's vision sparks transition opportunities and she's a sly creator in the halfcourt with her scoring package and passing touch. So much game with Addison.

[player_tooltip player_id='649621' first='Jasmine' last='Evans'], 5'11 F - Rutland H.S. Class of 2024

I've got a feeling Jasmine is going to breakout for a huge senior year. Evans was already putting up sizable double-doubles consistently with her physicality and hustle around the rim for boards and easy buckets. I haven't seen her play much over spring and summer, but if she sharpened her post moves and passing, she's going to be an elite big with her tough rim protection, length and toughness.

[player_tooltip player_id='649636' first='Julia' last='Decker'], 5'9 G - Burr and Burton Academy Class of 2024

Decker is one of those players with a no-frills game that gets the job done. The combo-guard can handle the rock in a pinch and organize the offense; in doing so, she makes those around her better with her crisp passing. Yet her biggest strengths are off-ball. Decker utilizes screens wisely, hits her looks, and moves intuitively. Plus, her defense is measured and high-IQ.

AnieRose Souza, 5'11 W/F - Burr and Burton Academy Class of 2024

With Souza we have a lengthy wing who scores in bunches. AnieRose can get real hot from 3, knocking down long balls with solid efficiency, especially off the catch. Yet she keeps the rock moving, and off-ball she's a savvy cutter and screener. With her versatility as a defender and her rebounding prowess, Souza is a dynamic two-way wing.

[player_tooltip player_id='496099' first='Audrey' last='Rupp'], 5'7 G - Windsor H.S. Class of 2025

Gritty as they come, Audrey backs down from nothing. Rupp's defensive chops are fueled by her unrelenting motor, anticipation, and utter smarts. Moreover, she's a proven combo-guard who can organize the offense, create a look for herself, and finish plays in transition. A true two-way dynamo.

[player_tooltip player_id='645688' first='Peyton' last='Guay'], 5'8 G - West Rutland H.S. Class of 2025

Peyton exploded onto the scene the last couple years, putting up insane numbers down in West Rutland. She's a do-it-all type with her will to track down 50/50s and boards, disrupt passing lanes, and rotate quickly to provide help. Guay finds much of her scoring in transition, yet she can create her own looks too, and she's shown gluey tendencies and high-IQ game in showcases with tougher competition.

[player_tooltip player_id='630350' first='Emma' last='Grimes'], 5'10 F - Rutland H.S. Class of 2026

Grit and Grimes! Emma's got that interior presence that let's opponents know she means business. Grimes is physical inside on both ends, using her size to clean the glass, protect the rim, and get position down low. Her post-up footwork is flush with drop steps and step throughs, putting defenders through the ringer. Plus, she's an aware player out of pnr who reads the defense and attacks accordingly. Love it.
