The event was held across two days from Sept. 16-17 and featured some of the top players from the classes of 2026 and 2027. I was able to attend the event on Sunday Sept. 17 and here’s a look at some of the top standouts I saw.
1.

Bryant stood out as a versatile player who can play on th e perimeter or play with her back to the basket. She’s able to establish position in the paint and has a little jump hook she can finish with. She can shoot the face-up jumper in the midrange; she’s comfortable handling the ball as a big and being able to create her own shot off the dribble. She has consistent range from the three-point line to space the floor.

Reed is an explosive guard who can consistently attack the defense off the dribble. She’s a good ball handler; pushes the pace well in transition. She does a good job as a playmaker looking for her teammates, she’s patient in the halfcourt and can hit the open teammate when the defense collapses. Able to get into the paint consistently. Can shoot from three-point range. Good on ball defense.
3. Tess Oldenburg – Chino 2027
Oldenburg is more of a forward who can probably play some center in certain matchups. She stood out for being able to handle the ball, especially in transition. She also ran the break well off the ball and was able to finish. In the half court, she was able to make plays off the dribble and draw contact at the basket. She can shoot consistently from three-point range as well. Good defender at the rim.
4.
Sophia Dignadice

Dignadice is one of the top shooters I’ve seen. She has unlimited range with a consistent shot from the three-point line. She can shoot off the catch and she can face up and shoot with defenders in her space. In the halfcourt, she’s able to shoot off the dribble and in transition she can hit the pull-up. A good ball-handler and unselfish player who can also be a playmaker for her teammates.
5. Analiah Cardona – Shadow Hills 2027
Cardona stood out for her pesky on ball defense. She kept up with the ball-handler and was able to poke balls free and force turnovers. She was a solid point guard too. A good ball-handler who dribbles with her head up and under control; able to dribble against defensive pressure. Good instincts on the court. Did a good job setting screens as a guard.
6.
Sofia Huerta

Huerta stood out for her defensive ability. She was a versatile defender able to guard multiple positions. She’s a wing with good length and I saw checking bigger players in the post as well as keeping up with smaller guards off the dribble. She made a lot of hustle plays too, always seemed to be in the right place at the right time.
7.
Nakia Perkins

Perkins stood out as a developing scoring wing. She has good length for a wing and good instincts scoring the ball. What really stood out though was her off ball movement. She did a good job putting herself in position to score whether it was cuts to the basket or sneaking in for offensive rebounds. She can handle the ball and is able to get to the rim off the dribble where she can finish well.
