Armanyie is a quick, attacking guard who is most dangerous with a full head of steam. Her lethal hesitation dribble consistently freezes defenders and opens driving lanes, allowing her to get into the paint and create quality opportunities for teammates with strong distribution.

This season, she has displayed a reliable pull-up jumper, knocking down shots off the bounce and out of the pick-and-roll when defenders go under.

On the defensive end, she brings a competitive edge and relentless ball pressure. She fights over screens, hounds opposing guards, and provides suffocating on-ball defense that disrupts the flow of the offense.

Armanyie is must-see TV…. very exciting player to watch. She makes passes that only a handful of gurads can make in the state. Elite floor general who can pick a defense apart. Had some dimes in transition that will leave you speechless. Armanyie scored a combined 57 points over the first three games of the tourney. She set the tone for her deep, talented squad. Ran the show and perfected the half-court offense. Armanyie takes care of the ball and plays with intensity on the defensive end. Efficient scorer, elite facilitator, pesky defender, solid guard rebounder, etc. So much to like and not much to dislike!

Two-way standout and one of the top perimeter defenders in the state regardless of class. The former Bishop Montgomery star is suiting up for a loaded Centennial squad this year. Armanyie “Buddha” Reed has excellent court vision and plays with flare (no look passes, behind-the-backs, etc.). Her ability as a driver, shooter, and facilitator makes her difficult to figure out. Plays with poise and control offensively. Plays with her hair on fire defensively. Routinely and effortlessly finds teammates in transition for easy baskets. Armanyie had an impressive summer with FBC United West Coast, resulting in multiple offers from the likes of UNLV, Long Beach State, and USF.

Armanyie is an absolute pest on defense in every coaches favorite way. I was impressed with her ability to efficiently guard the ball 94 feet, and the havoc she causes flying around a press. She displayed impressive vision and decision making in transition. Does a great job driving to the basket with a purpose, and making the correct read to find open teammates. She plays a very fast pace speeding others up, while always seeming calm and collected.
