Emma Lange, High School Westhill, HT 5’6, Class 2026, Position G
Emma is a player I think that has breakout potential in her sophomore season. She is a Guard, who can play on or off the ball. She can shoot, sees the floor well and is a good passer. A fundamentally sound player, who won’t turn the ball over.
Alexis Gasparini, High School Marianapolis, HT 6’4, Class 2026, Position C
Alexis is 6’4 and is physical. Size and strength are the first things you notice about her, and you can’t teach Hight. Alexis proved at the Expo she is more than just tall though. She is a tough player for opposing teams to match up with. She has good footwork, good hands, and showed her soft touch around the rim. What also impressed me was her ability to run the floor on offense, and her ability to guard on the perimeter. All this gives Alexis a lot of upside to her game.
Madisyn Moore, High School Mount Anthony Union, Class 2025, HT 5’3, Position PG,
Madisyn is a skilled and true Point Guard. She has good handles, and doesn’t turn the ball over when the defense pressures up on her. She can control the tempo of the game, and play at multiple speeds. She can have a game where she leads the team in assist or in scoring. She runs the floor well, and has a smooth and quick shot release. The Point Guard is skilled and efficient. Her team went undefeated throughout the day.
Jalisa Matthews Jalisa Matthews 5'6" | CG Granby Memorial | 2026 New E , High School Granby Memorial, Position CG, HT 5’7, Class 2026,
Jalisa is another player from the Expo who could breakout in their sophomore season. She looked comfortable playing on the ball or off the ball. She plays good defense, without jumping on the shot fakes, or ball fakes. She has a good shot, and has no wasted motion in her shooting form. A solid two way player on both sides of the floor.
Alexandra Portas, High School Gray New Gloucester, HT 5’6, Class 2024,
Alexandra is an uncommitted 2024 prospect that coaches should know about. She lead her team in scoring last season, and can take over a game with her scoring. She is a three level scorer, and can score in multiple ways. She is not just a scorer, and is also a good passer, and a good defender.
