Continue ReadingNyah is someone that can score the ball with the best of them and has been doing it for a while now! Coming into her senior season she’s going to make sure she leave her mark on the league with her clutch buckets. After the year she had last year, I would expect Chandler to draw more double teams from opposing teams or else it could be a long night.
Highlights
Destiny has to be one of your favorite point guards if you’re someone who loves basketball. What stands out the most to me about her is her swagger that she plays with. You can see the confidence in her game when she’s out there dictating the flow of the game. She has elite handles and with this she’s able to score for herself or create for others. She’s such a special player, look for her to impose her will this season.
Joy is a player that knows how to get it done. When watching her play you won’t see her get down on herself much if she misses a few because shortly after she’s going to see the next one go in and thats going to be all she wrote. Once she sees one shot go in theres not much you can do with her from there. She does a great job of reading the defense and making the right read. Shes not afraid to get in the paint with the trees and finish over them as well.
Garrison the guard for Mulvane seems to always just make all the right game winning plays. She does all the intangibles that needs to happen for her team to be competitive. While she does all the little things she also is very capable of knocking down the 3 ball on the offensive end for you as well. She’s a good defender and has good court awareness when having to defend multiple players at once.
Kenzie Edwards
Kenzie Edwards
Kenzie is a name you may have got familiar with last season constantly being on the news for her spectacular plays. From her long bomb passes to the person leaking for the lay up, or her big time 3 pointers that gives her team the lead, lets not forget her floaters over the taller and more athletic opponents, she’s been getting the job done. This season is a year for her to really establish the grizzlies on the winning side. Her highlight plays are impressive now Edwards will look to do the little things to help her team win consistently.
