Team 3 was one of the smaller teams, but they played unselfish and the core group of ball handlers limited turnovers and played aggressive defensively.   [player_tooltip player_id='443652' first='Jayda' last='Dixon']-2027-5'9   One of the top players in the gym. Jayda had a complete performance at the showcase. She played primarily off the ball but clearly has the decision making and the ball handling skills to run a team. An unselfish player who was able to penetrate the paint and create for her teammates or score through contact. She has good size, athleticism and strong frame. She never seem to run out of energy, was all over the court hustling after loose balls and making plays on defense. She was able to score at three levels, knocking down several threes, hitting the midrange in transition and finishing in the paint. She controlled flow of the game handled the ball well, made great decisions while penetrating into the paint and kicking out to shooters. She stayed true to who she is, didn't force shots or over dribble. She played better as the day progressed, showing her ability to get into the paint at will utilizing a nice hesitation move. She played primarily from the wing and can drive utilizing left or right hand finishing through traffic, or kicking out to open teammates. She ran the floor well and had a nice touch to her outside shot. She doesn't stand still on the court after kicking the ball to teammate she relocates to the open spot on the floor.     Christina Carter-2025   Played hard every possession of every game. Played aggressive defense, pushed ball in transition and finished in traffic. She showed a consistent 3pt shot and rebounded well as a guard.   Kelley Hutcherson-2025   Strong body, rebounded well and cleaned up in the paint. Wasn't afraid to get physical, often guarding opposing teams post players and held her own in the paint.   [player_tooltip player_id='746382' first='Tahmie' last='Lord']-2024   Tahmie was very active defensively. She guarded the length of the court causing chaos resulting in lots of turnovers. She was one of the most well conditioned players at the event, maintaining the same energy and effort throughout every game. Offensively, she was able to penetrate the lane finishing through defenders while knocking down some outside shots.   [player_tooltip player_id='376329' first='Madison' last='Nicholson']-2026   One of the teams primary ball handlers, she was aggressive looking to get into the paint and create scoring opportunities. She has ability to knock down the jumper. Good on ball defender, kept her girl in front and active hands led to turnovers.
