Continue ReadingA player who I have seen before, and she displayed a good skillset at the 250. She is only a sophomore but plays more mature than her age. She may be a smaller guard, but she plays a powerful game. Good handles and can take you off the dribble. She is a playmaker and a solid defender. Continuing to improve her game.
Highlights
This player is something to watch as she continues to progress. She is only a sophomore but she has a very high skillset and good basketball IQ. Janiyah is a smooth shooter from the perimeter, good aggressive player with good court savvy. Switches hands well, able to finish with either at the rim.
Seneca Lang
Seneca Lang
I saw her twice at the event, and she seemed to get stronger as the day went on. Seneca is athletic and agile with good length. Makes plays happen, good prospect. Smart passer. Another sophomore with a good ceiling ahead of her. Hard nosed with a good work ethic.
She is the reigning state Division 3 Player of the Year, and she always comes ready to play. Her offensive skills are complete with a good outside game and a strong downhill game where she can finish at the rim in traffic. Good passer and a very short basketball IQ with the ability to take over a game at any time. The Ashland commit looks to close out a stellar career.
Tatum is a player who can beat you in multiple ways on the court. She has a strong frame with a good upside. Can play inside but not afraid to step out and score. Defensively she can match up with multiple positions. She is a tireless worker and I look forward to seeing an improved player next season at our event.
Addison is good physical kid underneath, solid pick and pop player. Cuts well to the rim and wants the ball. Positions well in the paint, tough defender. The sophomore who plays with Arctic Rush is a good prospect looking to grow her game and with a good work ethic, I expect her to continue to improve.
