In this article, I take a look at some young ladies who I feel are very important to their school's postseason aspirations.<br><br>[player_tooltip player_id='205643' first='Aniyah' last='Riddell'] <strong>Desert Vista</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The transfer gives the defending open champions something that they didn't have last season. That is a bonafide low post presence that commands attention from the opposing team's defense. <br><br>[player_tooltip player_id='205670' first='Ava' last='Pautz'] <strong>Notre Dame Prep (Featured Image)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Pautz can score with the best of them in the AIA. Where I feel she will be most impactful isn't her scoring but her senior leadership to a young, up-and-coming NDP program. <br><br>[player_tooltip player_id='205673' first='Breanna' last='Sommers'] <strong>Hamilton</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sommers did quite a bit of damage on the court last season. This upcoming season, I believe her impact will be felt in areas other than the stat sheet. She leads by example, and that's a good example for the younger talent coming in. <br><br>[player_tooltip player_id='556578' first='AJ' last='Lual'] <strong>Salpointe Catholic</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lual won't have the eyes on her that some of her more well-known teammates will, but she could catch some people by surprise. She's a work in progress and will only get better. Her height and length will come in handy come playoff time. <br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
