Khloe Schmidt
Schmidt really showed off her game and proved to be a player to watch. Her ability to shoot was certainly a part of that. I was most impressed with her ability to hit a jumper from all over the floor, specifically from mid range. Schmidt will have to be accounted for by opposing defenses.
Dottery is a terrific young talent that has been turning a lot of heads. Her ability to shoot the ball stood out on Saturday. Dottery isn’t just a shooter, but is an athletic shooter that can make tough shots look easy. She can hit her jumper on the move and off a dribble combo.

Borsenik’s ability to shoot will continue to cause problems for opponents this high school season, like it has for years now. She’s a tough match up with her ability to step outside and stretch the floor. I really think that this will be a transferable advantage when she takes her talents to CUAA.
At City Slam, Hauffe once again proved that she can be an elite shooter. She should have college coaches tracking her game all high school season this year. Hauffe showed tremendous balance and control off the catch and shoot jumper. Her footwork was next level type of fantastic.
Highlights
Borsenik shot the lights out at City Slam. She was tremendous from behind the arc both in the 3 point contest as well as in game play. Borsenik does a great job using her jumper to manipulate her matchups. She can play outside-in as well as inside-out and that will provide her with many opportunities through high school season.
Wallace absolutely torched the nets at the City Slam Championships. She couldn’t miss during the 3 point contest and continued with the hot hand in game play. Wallace is quite simply a next level shooter. A D2 could get a steal with her ability to run the offense and bury a triple with volleyball line type range.
