Through mid-August I went through my top players in each class with my August Company series. Now I'm going through the state and finding those high impact players that didn't quite make those initial lists. Tap into some of VT's finest with the Gamechangers series!

[player_tooltip player_id='645675' first='Meghan' last='Thompson'], 5'9 G - Mount Mansfield Union H.S. Class of 2025

A new addition to MMU this year, Meghan is a pure shooter who can get hot real quick. Her range extends a little ways behind the line, utilizing savvy relocation, screens, and cuts to find open space and rise up. A smart decision maker, she tempers her shooting with sly passing to cutters and solid playmaking from the second layer. Impactful on both ends, Thompson adds needed scoring to the cause.

[player_tooltip player_id='645704' first='Kaitlyn' last='Jovell'], 5'8 G - Champlain Valley Union H.S. Class of 2025

Everyone coming out of CVU is coached to play the game the right way and Jovell carries on the tradition. Kaitlyn's a savvy 2-guard whose decision-making greases the offenses wheels. Jovell hits open jumpers, gets paint touches, and sees the floor well as a distributor. On the other end, it's more high-IQ work. Kaitlyn's an easy fit in most any system and she plays winning basketball.

[player_tooltip player_id='576153' first='Alexa' last='Rabidoux'], 5'8 G - Essex H.S. Class of 2025

A natural scrapper who does all of the little things, Lexi holds true to her gritty play as she's evolved into a playmaker. Rabidoux's shooting touch is there, finding the range from three and in the short-range. Unselfish, she's just as happy to make plays for others as she is to put points on the board herself. Tough on-ball, smart off of it, and a collector of boards and 50/50s, Rabidoux does what's necessary to win.

[player_tooltip player_id='630359' first='Delilah' last='Locher'], 5'7 G - Mount Mansfield Union H.S. Class of 2026

I've got Delilah down as the x-factor at MMU. Locher is a natural orchestrator who takes care of the ball while staying in attack mode. Shifty, she can snake by defenders and make plays in the second layer as a finisher + passer, or she'll organize and feed those that need the rock. Defensively she maintains that same aggressive play as a disruptor who turns defense into offense. The PG is pivotal.

[player_tooltip player_id='481454' first='Lexie' last='Litchfield'], 5'7 G - Colchester H.S. Class of 2026

A dependable ballhandler whose coming into her own, Litchfield distributes the ball naturally. She reads defenses well, seeing gaps to exploit and cutters to feed. Moreover, she's a physical guard who scraps for loose balls, locks in defensively, and brings a toughness to both sides of the ball. Reliable two-way guard.
