Sydney Herrington, 5'10 G/W - Arlington Memorial H.S. Class of 2024

Herrington is one of my favorites in D4. Sydney's versatility on both ends is clear cut; she's a dynamic defender who covers multiple positions, is highly switchable, and cleans glass like a forward. And once she collects the rock, she can push the break, make plays at the rim, and create for others. A talented distributor and natural athlete, Sydney's a tough two-way matchup out of Arlington.

[player_tooltip player_id='649638' first='Whitney' last='Lewis'], 5'11 F - Thetford Academy Class of 2024

With Lewis, we have a dependable forward with a sneaky strong scoring package. Whitney's a tough interior presence, using her frame well to move defenders and finish through them. Moreover, she's comfortable stepping out and hitting mid-range jumpers, plus, she feeds cutters and spot-up shooters with timely dishes. Defensively she's a sturdy paint defender who holds her own and cleans the glass. Very solid.

[player_tooltip player_id='649634' first='Lily' last='Briggs'], 5'8 G - Fair Haven Union H.S. Class of 2024

An off-guard, Briggs supplies a scoring touch and high-IQ skillset to Fair Haven. Lily is someone who finds her space utilizing screens, cutting, and relocating for spot-up looks. She knocks down 3s, and if the D closes, she's a quick slasher who can make plays in the second layer. A savvy defender who disrupts offenses and anticipates wisely off ball, Lily is essential to FHU's cause.

[player_tooltip player_id='649626' first='Ryleigh' last='Hughes'], 5'9 G/W - Rutland H.S. Class of 2024

The swiss-army knife out of Rutland brings reliability to the court. Hughes' work as a rebounder and multi-positional defender are quickly apparent, and she can push the break too. Then, on the other end, Ryleigh's a smart + snappy decision maker who slashes well and moves it to ensure the rock doesn't stick and the D doesn't rest. That glue player every team needs.

[player_tooltip player_id='834838' first='Isabelle' last='Cole'], 5'11 F - Fair Haven Union H.S. Class of 2025

With nice size and length, Cole is able to hold down the lane and take care of slashers that snake through ball pressure. She has a positive wingspan that she uses to protect the rim and force tough passes. Isabelle is strong on the glass and uses that height to see over the top and spark leak outs. Offensively, Cole's post package is sharpening with drop steps and timely passes from the inside out.

[player_tooltip player_id='645778' first='Katelynn' last='Hadwen'], 5'9 W - Fair Haven Union H.S. Class of 2025

Gluey and tough, Hadwen's quick decisions and physicality make her so impactful. She's someone who makes the basketball play, hits her looks, and makes those around her better. In addition, she's someone who defends inside/out, assists on the glass, and collects 50/50s with her solid frame and hustle. Super solid.
