Missouri Showcase Team 3 Evaluations

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Girls Hoops Missouri continues its team evaluations from last Saturday's Missouri Freshman Showcase with a look at the members of Team 3.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='777605' first='Amaya' last='Manuel'] (Lift for Life): The 5'7 point guard earned a spot on our list of GameChangers with her dynamic playmaking and scoring ability. She has good quickness and she could score easily at all three levels. She could really break down defenders to create her own shot and she create for others with her passing.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Deser'ee Mponezya (Shawnee Mission West): The 5'9 guard from Kansas earned a spot on our GameChangers list as one of the most impressive offensive players in the showcase. She's a physical guard who could create a shot from anywhere on the court. She could discard defenders on the strong drive for a layup, hit the step back jumper from the mid range and the 3-pointer off the catch.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Addie Cooley (Lutheran St Charles): A 5'6 guard who earned a spot on our GsmeChangers list with her tremendous shooting ability. She was consistently knocking down shots from well beyond the 3-point line. She also moved well to make herself available and her teammates found her. She could also make plays off the dribble as she made some nice passes while on the move.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='777632' first='Stella' last='Shumate'] (Pembroke Hill): A 6'1 forward from the Kansas City area who is a very good back to the basket player. She established good position in the low post and sealed her defender very well. She has a deft shooting touch around the basket. She also had some impressive rim runs for buckets.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='777608' first='Bristol' last='Lathrop'] (Ash Grove): A 5'11 forward from the SWMO area who operates in the low post and on the perimeter with equal effectiveness. She can score with either hand with a soft touch inside. She also grabbed offensive rebounds from the weak side for outbacks. She was also stepping outside and hitting 3-pointers off the catch. <br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='897540' first='Kylie' last='Bryan'] (Duchesne): An athletic 5'9 guard who plays with an high motor and was also a great connector on the court. She did a very good job of setting up her teammates with her deft passing. She can also get downhill on the drive and hit the 3-pointer. She keeps the offense flowing when she is on the floor.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='777604' first='Allie' last='Schlick'] (Incarnate Word): A 5'11 forward who could Stretch the floor with her 3-point shooting off the pick and pop. She can also handle the ball when needed and she was a solid passer. She also used her length to block shots as she did a good job tracking the ball.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='777609' first='Bryn' last='Sprengnether'] (St Dominic): A 5'7 guard who played with a high motor and a lot of hustle. She pushed the ball well with tempo and she could knock down the open 3-pointer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='777619' first='Julia' last='Long'] (Kirkwood): A 5'8 guard who could shoot the ball well from 3-point range off the catch. She also has some nice takes on the drive. She also did a good job maneuvering inside the lane to get offensive rebounds and putbacks.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
