TEAM 7:
DeAvion “Dee” Wilson DeAvion “Dee” Wilson 5'5" | CG CE King | 2025 TX -5’5 G (CE King) Proskills ‘ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”] Houston 17U National [2025]
Wilson is an athletic guard who brought heat on both ends. Her “on the ball” defense was solid both in the set as well as baseline to baseline and so was her court vision as she did a good job seeing the floor off the dribble as well as in transition. Her deceptive first step was nice and it helped her score attacking the basket
Maizy Gillam Maizy Gillam 5'4" | CG Lake Dallas | 2025 TX -5’4 G (Coppell) Proskills ‘ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”] [2025]
Gilam handled the ball under pressure and her decision-making was nice yet watching her set the defender up to attack the basket using either hand was a plus, and so was her body control on her finishes. She saw the floor and hit teammates in traffic and she did a good job defensively
Victoria Bazemore Victoria Bazemore 5'8" Earl Warren | 2024 TX -5’8 G (Earl Warren) San Antonio Unite [2024]
Bazemore was another athletic guard who used her athleticism on both ends and watching her attack the basket powerfully and finish was nice yet so was her defense. She applied “on the ball” pressure baseline to baseline and helped to create turnovers and her defense stayed strong in the halfcourt
Payton Holt Payton Holt 5'9" Alvord | 2026 TX -5’9 G (Alvord) DFW Hawks [2026]
Holt showed she could not only rebound on both ends but handle the ball afterward and her court vision in transition was solid and it remained that way in the halfcourt. She attacked the basket from multiple spots and did a good job defensively
Alice Thackston Alice Thackston 5'9" | C Bishop Lynch | 2024 TX -5’9 G (Bishop Lynch) Lady Sharks United [2024]
Thackston did a good job of not only creating her shot but dropping it and her pull-up jumper helped give her options because she also attacked the basket and scored. Her body control was nice, she played good defense and she rebounded
Katelyn Dudley Katelyn Dudley 5'9" Gilmer | 2025 TX -5’9 F (Gilmer) Platinum ETX National [2025]
Dudley played good defense both in the set as well as in the full court. She also saw the floor off the dribble or just kept it and finished. She played within herself, made good decisions, created her shot from outside, and got hers “in the flow”
Averie Corbett Averie Corbett 5'9" Sandra Day O'Connor | 2024 TX -5’9 F (Sandra Day O’Connor) Unite Lady Arnold Elite [2024]
Corbett did a good job defending yet watching her rebound and go coast to coast to score was also nice. Let me add that she rebounded on both ends and scored attacking the basket in the set, she also saw the floor and created her shot from outside
Jevan Collier Jevan Collier 5'11" | PF Frisco Memorial | 2026 State TX -5’11 F (Frisco Memorial) Team Takeover [2026] see evaluation here
Tabitha Gotsch Tabitha Gotsch 6'2" | PF Friendswood | 2026 TX -6’2 C (Friendswood) BDA [2026]
Gotsch is “long and athletic” which will always be the base and that, coupled with her standing over “the magic number” will attract next-level coaches by itself. Her intangibles include scoring around the basket, rebounding on both ends and good timing to block, alter, and (or) deflect shots
TEAM 8:
Addison Hodge Addison Hodge 5'5" | SG Sachse | 2026 TX -5’4 G (Sace) Warriors [2026] see evaluation here
Ar’Jayla Elder Ar’Jayla Elder 5'8" | SG Dallas Lincoln | 2026 State TX – 5’8 G (Dallas Lincoln) Lady Jets [2026] see evaluation here
Kyra Jackson Kyra Jackson 5'9" Mineola | 2025 TX -5’9 G (Mineola) Truth Platinum Elite [2025]
Jackson not only handled the ball well under pressure, but she also did a good job seeing the floor while being defended. She hit teammates in traffic, she scored off the dribble, and she also dished while attacking yet her “on the ball” pressure was also nice as it helped to create turnovers
Amaya Williams Amaya Williams 5'8" | SF Eastwood | 2024 State TX -5’8 G (Eastwood) Team Fusion Elect [2024]
Williams saw the floor both in the half-court as well as in the open court yet her athleticism on both ends stood out immediately as she applied pressure on the ball, and played the passing lane, both helped to create turnovers and she scored off the dribble and finished after contact
Avery Ross Avery Ross 5'9" | SF James Martin | 2026 TX -5’9 F (James Martin) Texas Elite Grey [2026]
Ross has some impressive upside because she’s strong and goes after the ball off the rim, on both ends. When you factor in she’s long and athletic with good timing to block shots. plays solid defense and scored off the dribble after contact, all are pluses
Karlee Konarik Karlee Konarik 5'10" | SG Salado | 2026 State TX -5’10 SG (Salado) Phoenix see evaluation here
Kaci Sheeran Kaci Sheeran 5'10" | C Ronald Reagan | 2025 TX -5’10 F (Ronald Reagan) SA Lady Hoops Red 2025 [2025]
Sheeran also showed good timing in blocking shots, well she also deflected some of them but she gave the offensive player something to think about as several changed their shots when they went against her. She did a good job rebounding, on both ends and scored around the basket
