Leonna Sneed Leonna Sneed 5'6" | PG SA Wagner | 2025 State TX (2025)
Sneed is one of the top prospects in her class, in the country, and with countless offers already on the table, I’m looking pretty smart about dropping #D1Lock on her in the 5th grade, but evaluating her was easy. She was one of the most poised elementary school players, playing against NEXT LEVEL PLAYERS, that I have seen in my 20 years out here. She can score however she wants, mid to long-range, off the dribble, it doesn’t matter yet what really matters is that she makes those around her better, that takes you from really good to great
Arielle Williams (2027)
Williams is not only a “long and athletic guard” which is the base, but she also has PGH Texas Top 100 written all over her, it will be coming soon. She has a very nice first step to attack off the dribble, and solid body control, after contact, on her finishes yet her “on the ball” defense caught my attention immediately. In the set, in the open court, baseline to baseline, she applies heat
Aniya Bigley (2024)
Bigley fills in many blanks for her teams and falls into THE GLUE category because a novice evaluator would probably miss the little things, like diving for loose balls, taking charges, or forcing players into traps as well as making them pick the ball up off the dribble. She also does a good job of creating her shot, under pressure and her mid to long-range looked pretty good, so did her scoring and (or) dishing off the dribble
Mackenzie Amos Mackenzie Amos 5'8" | PG Wagner | 2024 State TX (2024)
Amos was recently added to the Top 100 yet she will be JEFFERSONIZED “Movin On Up” on my next update. She’s another “long and athletic guard” who can do multiple things like apply heat on the defensive end, on the ball, and attack off the dribble and finish after contact, yes she uses her athleticism on both ends. She also can drop the mid to long-range, with a hand in her face yet her “stop and pop” jumper in transition as well as her “catch and shoot” is why I’m elevating her
Jenae Moore (2025)
Moore is, you guessed it, another “long and athletic guard” who showed baseline-to-baseline pressure on defense as well as in the set. Her first step is very nice, she attacks off the dribble, with either hand and finishes, with either hand, with nice body control. She also showed she could drop it from outside, long ball included and her “catch and shoot” while being defended was also solid
Nia McBride (2025)
McBride is yet another “long and athletic guard” who did a good job of not only applying “on-the-ball” pressure but playing the passing lane as well. Her court vision after the steal was nice, she also saw the floor in the set as well as off the dribble however she could also score, nice body control after contact. She created her shot under pressure and knocked it down
Nahila Bell (2027)
Bell will be RINGING because I love her upside as she didn’t mind getting “in the mix” to battle for rebounds as well as loose balls. She scored around the basket, ran the floor and did a good job defending both inside and outside the paint
